- Deodrus, on 05/26/2008, -11/+130She is said to jettison her solar panels and enter the Mars atmosphere, upon which she will decrease her velocity by blowing hot air out of ass repeatedly.
- Stevanoski, on 05/26/2008, -25/+100She just needs to pick Kucinich then she will get the Alien vote.
- lsumed, on 05/26/2008, -7/+71Too bad Venus was a caucus planet.

- Xizer, on 05/26/2008, -5/+37Was expecting funny Onion article, received unfunny Daily Kos article.
Is very disappointed. - gannondork, on 05/26/2008, -4/+34Why is everyone hating on Hillary, obviously she is the only one willing to stand up for the non college educated wal-mart employed martian segment that is her base.
- LightSpeed4, on 05/26/2008, -41/+65lame. buried.
- Evolutuon, on 05/26/2008, -2/+27Pluto was left out because of a technicality.
- inactive, on 05/26/2008, -7/+30it ain't no Onion article thats for sure.
- inactive, on 05/26/2008, -7/+29It's like the onion...but....not...not even close.
- Fozefy, on 05/26/2008, -2/+23Hillary finally conceding the nomination is needed well before the party can be healed. Hillary supports need to start supporting Obama and stop thinking Hillary still has a chance before anything can help. Its not arrogant and silly, we're just trying to explain that Obama has won to those who seem to have yet to accept it, once they accept it then people will start to shut up about it.
- ServAce85, on 05/26/2008, -3/+23So that's how her face got on the $10,000 in the movie The Adventures of Pluto Nash.

- AshamedAmerican, on 05/26/2008, -2/+19The end that's talking.
- shoover, on 05/26/2008, -2/+17That's what I thought. Is DailyKOS now going into competition with the Onion?
- cheezintern, on 05/26/2008, -2/+15correction....hard working lower class white wacky space aliens.
- 4bit, on 05/26/2008, -1/+13'WE' go on to the White House. The question is, what do you do? Do you get on board with the candidate who won, or do you pitch a fit, and threaten to pull support, even though he is far more in your court than McCain is?
The cold reality is this. As much as Obama won, Clinton Lost. She lost a while ago. This isn't like sports where you can make as many points as you want in the last minutes of the game. There are a set number of points to go around. Once they're gone, they're gone. She simply can't get enough to win without cheating, or changing the rules. Obama could get disqualified, but she doesn't need to actively be in the race for that contingency. If she just sat on the side and stayed quiet, if he self destructed (or if something else happened), she would have just had to stand up and walk in, our savior in a troubled time.
It is time for the party to start healing. Ask your candidate to understand the reality of this race. Allusions to assassinations, blaming him for missing votes that members of her staff voted for, and constant twists and misspeaks have destroyed her.
This is not a sexist issue. She lost the race several times already. When she wouldn't apologies for voting for war. Misspeaking about sniper fire. Multiple personalities (I respect him, Shame on you, maybe we could be on the same ticket, he can't win, he could win). Going back on her agreement to let the rules committee handle things with FL and MI. Popular vote counts, delegates count, only non caucus states count, only big states, only white states, only swing states, only the swing states I say.
She has become a parody of herself, and she has tarnished her reputation, and ultimately hers and her husbands legacy will no longer be one of steady leadership with minor personal gaffes, but one of delusions of grandeur, selfish power grabs, and a desire to manipulate the system and peoples perceptions with no end game but their own benefit.
Where it once was Obama's burden to find where Hillary's supporters could board his platform, it's now a question of wondering why they still do, and if they would do more damage on board, or off. - gobears1001, on 05/26/2008, -12/+22I somehow think that mars would go for Obama.
- Chronoped, on 05/26/2008, -1/+12Whomever controls the delegates controls the spice...
- aliengoods, on 05/26/2008, -8/+19I don't know if it's satire. I'm pretty sure Clinton is that desperate.
- rgranger, on 05/26/2008, -4/+15The comments in this thread are funnier than the article itself.
Article = fail
Comments = roflcopters - SupaDawg, on 05/26/2008, -1/+12the fat end.
- pintomp3, on 05/26/2008, -5/+16she is also trying to pull votes from Uranus.
- SupaDawg, on 05/26/2008, -0/+10elderly, female, WHITE working class martians. lol
- machiado, on 05/26/2008, -33/+43I love this! Great satire.
- inactive, on 05/26/2008, -3/+13lol The spice must flow.
- lsumed, on 05/26/2008, -1/+9She should explain the nasty hologram her campaign is spreading around about Obama.
- gothicform, on 05/26/2008, -1/+8Hillary would definitely win Uranus.
- foofightrs777, on 05/26/2008, -7/+14I'm all for some good satire. Unfortunately this is poorly written and thus not it.
- HiddenCanuck, on 05/26/2008, -5/+11The working class martians identify with her.
- Pillage, on 05/26/2008, -3/+9Wait..I thought the Daily Kos WAS satire?!
- whatsupimphil, on 05/27/2008, -0/+6I won't rest until Pluto's delegates are seated.
- TheAtomicMoose, on 05/26/2008, -3/+8Yeah, not subtle enough... pretty mediocre joke.
- Professr, on 05/26/2008, -3/+8If so, they fail. It wasn't that funny...
- exomni, on 05/26/2008, -1/+6No, it's not. It's actually pretty lame satire. I hate Hillary more than you, but the fact is The Onion takes dumps with more satirical wit than this crap article.
- RockeN5, on 05/26/2008, -4/+9If by great satire, you mean it is bad satire, then I agree.
Lame article --> buried. - matthughes, on 05/26/2008, -4/+7that's just dumb (in ricky bobby voice)
- rossmcd, on 05/27/2008, -0/+4You misunderstand the ridicule. It's not based on the fact that Obama won (or technically... will almost certainly win although has not yet). It's based on her delusional claims and insults that she still keeps hurling out there. Mathematically her chances of winning the nomination has been virtually nil for months. Yet in the last week alone we've had the following claims from Hillary:
* She is leading in the popular vote
* Attempting to get Florida delegates seated is a moral crusade on par with freeing slaves and giving women the right to vote
* Her RFK comments, and her claim of victimhood in the dust-up afterwards - lsumed, on 05/26/2008, -2/+5From the latest pictures, voter turnout looked to be down.
- tito184, on 05/27/2008, -0/+4Sorry. Its a red planet.
- trunks333, on 05/26/2008, -5/+8Buried
- StuTheMeatMan, on 05/26/2008, -2/+6For some reason I read that as, "Oh, I get it! I am smart and clever too!"
- fani, on 05/26/2008, -3/+7You know whats scary - I thought folks on digg were not like W. Virginians or Kentuckians - ignorant and blind-supporters of Clinton.
I was thinking you won't find dumb people on digg still supporting Clinton, but, guess what ? I just read swift2's comments.
I wonder how they can still support Clinton after the way she gets exposed at digg. I'm not saying digg is the holy grail of news, but some arguments/articles here are pretty damning on Clinton. - Woaz, on 05/26/2008, -1/+4Think of it this way, swift2: Before Iowa, everyone thought Hillay Clinton was going to be the Democratic Nominee, she had a 100+ superdelegate lead on all the other candidates. She was ahead in every poll, and was predicted to win Iowa and New Hampshire by large margins. She lost Iowa, and spilt New Hampshire's delegates with Obama.
- Rosco, on 05/26/2008, -0/+3Oh sure, and jump right over the moon like it was fly-over country.
- Startemus, on 05/26/2008, -0/+3They say a lot of young people go for Obama. I'd be willing to say that a lot of Digg users are young people which could impact the number of Diggs.
- Mongo61, on 05/26/2008, -2/+5Muaaaaaaaad'DIB!
