- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -31/+253There's no doubt who the Democratic nominee for president is and who our next President will be on 1/20/09
- paigeinphilly, on 05/07/2008, -3/+155Whaaaa?
Has REALITY finally set in?
good. - aussiejan, on 05/07/2008, -9/+122I heard that although she vowed to fight on, she sounded flat and resigned in her speech in Indiana and that Bill was crying. Is it over, over there?
- Deodrus, on 05/07/2008, -20/+112I just did my math on the Delegate Calculator on CNN.
http://fapomatic.com/show.php?loc=0818&f=nc_result ...
What I found is that even if Clinton wins all the remaining contests by 60% to 40%, Barack Obama will almost touch 2025 delegates (the magic number), only being short of it by 2 delegates !!
Meaning if 2 supers endorse him from now on and she wins with 60% in every state... HE STILL WINS !!
I think it's time to give up for HRC.
Do the math yourself:

(direct link to the delegate counter so you can zoom in) - MindyB, on 05/07/2008, -13/+102She is a sore looser, we all knew that! Remember when she pulled out her crocodile tears after Iowa? She is immature and is most likely having a hissy fit because she didn't get what she wanted-and I am sure she is beating the crap out of Bill too!
Imagine, her "big" win in Indiana was by a whopping 1.78% points!! And when you count the Operation Chaos Republicans voting for her (13% of Republicans voting for her reported to have voted because of the Chaos game),she really "won" Indian by a big Zero!
Hope she is packing up her kitchen sink! - neognostic, on 05/07/2008, -5/+90He was crying because he got stuck on stage and couldn't hook up with that waitress he met earlier in the day.
- CouchTomato, on 05/07/2008, -6/+89She must be sore from all the kitchen sink handling.
- Tex, on 07/28/2008, -4/+82The end is near.
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -15/+74Can't we charge Rush with election tampering?
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -6/+55Oh, she knew this all along. She's just in it to sink Obama with her so she can have a chance again in 2012
- Devrdander, on 05/07/2008, -14/+55I know this os Diggbama and all, so i'll prob be buried. But Clinton and Obama are polarizing the Democratic party, and once one drops you will have many scorn Clintor or Obama followers who loose interest or will vote against the victor in spite. This will give McCain a foot hold on the upcoming election... Being Socially Liberal, and Fiscally conservative, I can't win and am stuck with the Turd Sandwich/Giant Douche scenario :-P
- fishbeef33, on 05/07/2008, -1/+41That's fine by me...the last thing I want to hear early in the morning is that piercing cackle of hers. Like waking up to the most annoying alarm clock ever.
- neognostic, on 05/07/2008, -3/+41I thought Obama gave a great speech last night, it was about change, not dissing HRC, he was very Presidential.
- Friend, on 05/07/2008, -4/+39Just noticed your username. I bet you think they can still win the console war, right?
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -1/+35Give her a break, she was answering the phone at 3 am. Unfortunately the calls have all been from debt collectors.
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -5/+39Desperation is a stinky perfume...
- 47f0, on 05/07/2008, -1/+34Yeah, it's over. The carcass is still twitching, but the meat's cooling fast. At this point, you'd have to pretty much uncover a video of Ann Coulter riding Obama with a strap-on to make a serious dent in the numbers. Hillary did sound flat, and Bill did look distracted - but Bill is often distracted when there are women in the crowd.
- ZebZ, on 05/07/2008, -5/+38Hillary knows it's over... you could see it in her body language during her speech last night. You could especially see it in Chelsea's and Bill's body language too.
Obama opened the door for a gracious exit, and I think Hillary may just have to take it.
I predict she'll stay alive and scrape through West Virginia and win handily. Obama won't win that, and I don't think he'll really try. On May 20th, they'll split Kentucky and Oregon, and she'll have the ideal opportunity to bow out on a high note (that being a victory in Kentucky). I'd be surprised if that offer isn't already on the table.
I also predict a steady stream of superdelegates to Obama now, maybe 1 or 2 a day, as long as Hillary doesn't take any potshots at Obama. But if she goes all scorched-earth again, look for a flood of superdelegates to end this thing quick and ugly. - reuscel, on 05/07/2008, -0/+30She still thinks that Michigan and Florida will be counted. She may as well run for president of Narnia.
- Cattywampus, on 05/07/2008, -3/+33From the Politico Web site:
'UPDATE:Clinton spokesman Phil Singer denies Russert's claim: "She was never booked on am shows. This item is wrong. Russert got it wrong."' - traveler19, on 05/07/2008, -2/+32http://img356.imageshack.us/img356/8386/clintoncan ...
Look guys, she still has a chance! - noahhoward, on 05/07/2008, -2/+32You have a president who never gives up, look where it got us.
- iii9ix3, on 05/07/2008, -29/+58....Ron Paul?
- s14sh3r, on 05/07/2008, -2/+31Actually, I thought Bill looked confused. He was standing behind her with his big red face, trying to look pleased. He looked drunk, actually.
- Acewrap, on 05/07/2008, -0/+29Perhaps you didn't see the primary results from last evening...
- coollettuce, on 05/07/2008, -5/+33No. Primaries are held by each party and are not subject to elections laws.
- akatherder, on 05/07/2008, -2/+29If something happened where Obama started losing every state by a 60 to 40 margin, he would have enough class to withdraw.
- Tallon29, on 05/07/2008, -2/+27You mean turn off the super bowl when your team is down by 28 points with 60 seconds on the clock?
- InetRoadkill, on 05/07/2008, -2/+26Nah. She's heading back to her evil castle to round up the hordes of flying monkeys to go after Obama and to refill her tear ducts with more acid.
"AHAHAAHAHAA!! I'll get you, my pretty!!" - 47f0, on 05/07/2008, -0/+21Yes to "No Way", no to your left nut and Bloomburg.
- InetRoadkill, on 05/07/2008, -5/+24If they listen to Rush, they are brain dead.
- neognostic, on 05/07/2008, -2/+21Don't forget that the Secretary of State of Indiana, one day before the election, voided almost 400,000 voters in Obamas's strongholds.
- fuhcough, on 05/07/2008, -0/+18de ja vu. :)
- pintomp3, on 05/07/2008, -1/+19given how low her campaign is on funds, you would think she would take every opportunity for free exposure. odd move.
- drlha, on 05/07/2008, -1/+19Anne Coulter doesn't need a strap-on.
- vanguardanon, on 05/07/2008, -0/+17Maybe. I just have the gut feeling that the guys that voted for Obama actually like him while the people that voted for Hillary did it to hurt the democrats. I've never met a republican that actually liked Hillary but I know a few that like Obama. Yes, I know it's too small a sample to mean anything but I "just know" that republicans aren't voting for Hillary because they like her.
- AndrewDB, on 05/07/2008, -0/+17Man, I hope West Virginia delivers a swift kick in the nuts to Hilary as well.
I think it'd be wonderful if West Virginia went Obama.
Hell, as it stands my county in Indiana (St. Joeseph) last night went Obama, and that surprised the ever living ***** out of me, and made me happy as hell. - pintomp3, on 05/07/2008, -7/+23exit polls showed republicans voted for hillary 52% vs 48% for obama. doesn't seem like his "operation chaos" had much effect. rush is just a self-important prick who thinks his listeners are as braindead as he is.
- mrsteveman1, on 05/07/2008, -2/+17I would rather pay 30% tax rate than be owned by the chinese while some idiot politician pretends to lower taxes. The money for all this stuff comes from somewhere, so either you quit spending it or you collect more from citizens.
Then again the federal government has proven they are incapable of managing or spending money without wasting 90% of it, so i think everyone should just stop giving them money in the first place. - SheilaNoya, on 05/07/2008, -2/+17Does that mean President Obama is going to hire her as his interior decorator?
- geekzapoppin, on 05/07/2008, -0/+15I am from West Virginia. The state, like PA, is hard hit by the slowing economy. It's also a Clinton stronghold. Back in '92, it was instrumental in helping Bill win. It's extremely doubtful that Obama will win there.
That being said, I was able to convince my 70-year-old White parents to vote for him! - AndrewDB, on 05/07/2008, -1/+15Since when do the Clinton's, most specifically Hilary, do anything gracefully?
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -8/+21Won't happen.
1. Hillary already stated last night she will support the democratic candidate no matter who it is. Her supporters who are bitter now will east up and follow suit.
2. Obama, like it or not, will ask Hillary to be his Vice Presidential running mate thus uniting the party and all but guaranteeing victory in November. - roosterjm2k2, on 05/07/2008, -2/+15I dunno stonewall...
Many many people I know are hardcore republicans, and most of them wont vote mccain in because even the republicans recognize how ***** up our republican-dominated system is right now... - Twisted871, on 05/07/2008, -2/+15I'd cry too if I was married to that crazy bitch.
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -0/+13I'm putting my non-existant money on Edwards.
- getoffmybridge, on 05/05/2009, -0/+12Now THAT'S a cankle!
