- lblackburn, on 08/20/2008, -0/+0I thought airlines had enough problems with high fuel prices and the economy; now they want to add disgruntled democrats! I for one will fly any other airline than Northwest. I would urge others to do the same.
- BarbPA, on 08/19/2008, -0/+0This is a gross example of how political speech is squashed by powerful corporate entities in control of public space. The airport is a perfect place to talk about nuclear weapons, PTSD in U.S. soldiers, and potential war with Iran. Millions of voters and people of influence move through airports - they all need to know about these critical issues BEFORE they cast their vote. SHAME on Northwest - I for one will not fly them again.
- Anna2, on 08/19/2008, -0/+0Nuclear weapons are scary. What is really scary is that Northwest Airlines is controlling the advertising in the airport.
- billthecatt, on 08/19/2008, -0/+0Interesting how the airport spokeswoman says they're removing the ad because it's scary to passengers... and yet Northwest Airlines' email reveals they're really just worried about upsetting Republicans.
