Larry King needs to have Casey on the show! - ryan83189, on 03/08/2008, -3/+76I don't understand. Did the ad use stock footage of a family at night, filmed a while ago, or what?
- thefirstenemy, on 03/08/2008, -7/+61"Knowles, a supporter of Barack Obama was shocked that she had contributed to the national security message of a candidate that she passionately opposes."
The article says Casey Knowles passionately opposes.
“While I love Hillary, I would much rather hear Barack Obama’s voice at the other end of the phone at 3am."
Casey Knowles says she loves Hillary, but just prefers Obama. - InfodivaMLIS, on 03/08/2008, -8/+62Smart Kid!!! Hillary is a Scary Monster Mommy. Make it stop. Poltergeist!
- gsadamb, on 03/08/2008, -7/+50There's a tab above that says "Who Dugg or blogged it?" You can click on this tab to get a list of the people that have Dugg this story. That would be a good indication of who currently gives a *****. Unfortunately, I can't give you a more accurate answer than that.
- coffeebaby, on 03/08/2008, -1/+38she was a model for getty images 7 years ago. that would put her at just about the right age for that image they used of the sleeping child. drop a blue cast over it and slow zoom and it matches the rest of the footage.

Your lies and hatred fool no one, except others, like you, who try to destroy America with fear and bigotry. - theone3, on 03/08/2008, -0/+22She was an extra who made some stock footage 8 years ago, the rights to which was were bought from gettyimages by the Clinton campaign.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -0/+21In a month and a half...ohhhh yeaaaahhh...
She'll be ready to vote. - DiggLive, on 03/08/2008, -4/+25Don't forget Blocked.
- DiggLive, on 03/08/2008, -5/+24Latest delegate totals:
Obama 1385 + superdelegates = 1600
Clinton 1231 + superdelegates = 1485
Obama's result center is more "aggressive" when allocating delegates, which is why MSNBC's numbers are more "safe" with some still unallocated.

http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/03/06/ ... - bigmrpig, on 03/08/2008, -0/+16I once saw that kid in the Mac/PC commercials in an interview say that he doesn't even use Macs. That's not Mac bashing, it's just a funny situation completely unrelated to whether Macs or PCs are better. This is the exact same situation, it's not some sort of propaganda like a few people here seem to think.
- andrew522, on 03/08/2008, -2/+16dammit someone has to say it.
I'd hit it. - adooga, on 03/08/2008, -2/+15Hill-arity.
- DukeMojo, on 03/08/2008, -0/+13Or. It's just an interesting occurrence that isn't supposed to have any real bearing on either campaign.
- dannydyer1000, on 03/08/2008, -2/+14no one gives a ***** about your stupid propaganda ***** website.

- inactive, on 03/08/2008, -0/+10That was Obaminable.
- Dylson, on 03/08/2008, -1/+11The guy you responded to idiot.
- pyro789x, on 03/08/2008, -2/+12You completely missed the point. I didn't digg the story because it discredits Hillary, I dugg the story because I thought it was hilarious and I enjoyed reading it. Not everybody has an agenda to push.
- ADVIZR, on 03/08/2008, -3/+12But doesn't that prevent one from seeing their posts? If so, I'd rather bury (and report, if necessary), otherwise trolls would have an easier time.
- smotpoker, on 03/08/2008, -3/+11Uh... wtf said anything about it discrediting Clinton? It is just funny one of the ONLY faces in her most distasteful ads is a big Obama supporter. Get some perspective and/or read some comments sheesh
- DiggLive, on 03/08/2008, -2/+10Nah, blocking makes their posts appear automatically buried.
- chane, on 03/08/2008, -6/+14No ***** way! That is hilarious.
- inactive, on 03/08/2008, -2/+10Wow. Fascinating. And Robert Hodgeman doesn't use a PC. And Sigourney Weaver has never killed an Alien. And Bruce Willis has never saved the Earth. And...
- byrdgang, on 03/08/2008, -0/+7RTFA. It's STOCK footage. Instead of creating a new commercial, you take clips owned by companies like Getty Images and make a commercial using recycled video.
- dinostabOMG, on 03/08/2008, -2/+9How did she end up in the ad without knowing it?
- Sicarius, on 03/08/2008, -0/+6Only 5 more months of this until the Democratic convention.
- benzau, on 03/08/2008, -0/+6http://www.terryterry.com/Teens/FemaleTeen/CaseyEv ...
I'll tell you what, SHE can answer my phonecall at 3am... ;) - jstohler, on 03/08/2008, -14/+19That called Hill-irony
- clickmyface, on 03/08/2008, -0/+5....
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 03/08/2008, -6/+11So where exactly did they get the sleeping child clip from?
- pintomp3, on 03/08/2008, -1/+6idk. 7mystery?
- jacquesm, on 03/08/2008, -5/+10because in america tv advertising and the media in general decide elections.
- Shadic, on 03/08/2008, -0/+4Washington State gave a vast majority to Obama, actually, so it's reasonably likely that your average high-school student would support him, especially considering that younger people prefer him, typically. Go Washington. :D
- inactive, on 03/08/2008, -34/+38What a waste of bandwidth. WhyTF is this on Digg?
- DephexTwin, on 03/08/2008, -0/+418 year old who has been actively campaigning for Obama.
- Darksoul, on 03/08/2008, -2/+6Hey Canadian next time read the article, the only person discrediting Hillary Clinton is Hillary Clinton and I don't blame that girl her image was used and she has every right to say who she is supporting as its her face in that commercial nothing is hurting Obama he is winning.
- DephexTwin, on 03/08/2008, -0/+4It's especially strange that you say that, since Obama has been running one of the least negative national campaigns in memory, while Hillary's camp has potentially done some serious damage to the Obama and the Democratic party in the general election with her mudslinging (Obama in "Muslim" garb, Obama can only give pretty speeches, McCain is better suited to be president than Obama, 3AM fearmongering ad, etc).
At least you're Canadian so you have a slight excuse for seeming to have things totally backwards. - poxonyou, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3Probably won't happen since he's on CNN. If the situation were reverse, maybe it'd be a top story on CNN though.
- stretch611, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3She was young and her parents gave permission to do so modeling jobs.
- pcghost, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3And yet the last time I checked, Senator Murray has said she will vote her superdelegate vote for Clinton, despite the fact that we (her employers she supposedly represents) voted for Senator Obama. We need to convince her to change her mind and support the candidate Washington (the real one, not the city) supports.
- coffeebaby, on 03/08/2008, -8/+11nobody investigated this. the kid came out and said it on her own. it has no effect on the campaign. it's supposed to be funny.
- Fiestardi, on 03/08/2008, -3/+6http://imgs.xkcd.com/misc/coolest-est.jpg
- exomni, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3She's not a child anymore. Try actually reading the article first, you ***** moron.
Pathetic. - clickmyface, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3In WA caucuses, he did really well. In our primary, where everyone got a ballot, they were significantly closer and would have nearly split the delegates. But the DNC decided our $10 million primary would be worth ZERO delegates, and only caucuses could count.
- RajDhillon, on 03/08/2008, -2/+5I like how they try to seem like it's the most important news in the world. "More information as the night progresses."
- laserblazer, on 03/08/2008, -1/+4Hey, we got the captain of the debate club here!
- nextyoyoma, on 03/08/2008, -0/+3really? You could? So you give a ***** now?
