Chicago schools report says Obama misled public about Duncan

usatoday.com — New research from a Chicago civic group takes direct aim at the city's "abysmal" public high school performance — and suggests that President Obama and U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan, who led Chicago schools for seven years, have misled the public about school performance during Duncan's tenure.

  • rw2y, on 07/13/2009, -1/+169% of Students from Chicago Schools that entered local community college were unprepared for reading at college level. The number for Math was 95% unprepared. These numbers are far below national average.
