Bush is NOT Hitler!
1) Hitler actually served in the military
2) Hilter had a good command of his native language
3) Hitler was a self-made man, not some whining little rich kid
Feel free to point out other ways these two pieces of fascist scum differ. - dreamtiger, on 04/11/2008, -5/+15Why is it that, on the liberal left, we have known this, like, for freakin' ever, and it is just now becoming mainstream news? And they put King George the idiot in the next room with a lollipop while the grownups discussed the torture program? Please, it's too early in the morning. I think I am going to be sick...
- trghpy, on 04/12/2008, -0/+9Hitler was a vegetarian, Bush is on a 50 country tour of barbecue styles.
Hitler successfully invaded and controlled multiple countries in 4 years Bush spent 8 years trying to get one. - Glofern, on 04/11/2008, -4/+13This just proves to me that my fears that we had become like the Nazi's - is true and they went about doing it the same way - by getting after the legal judicial system. This is what Hitler did and the German people for the most part, knew little, paid little attention, partied on and turned their heads as their neighbors, doctors, and others, and jews, were taken away. Now it is us.
I hope America wakes up now. - swrostmore, on 04/12/2008, -0/+8Before you start apologizing for torture as "necessary to protect Americans" you need to know that the FBI declared information given under torture from Abu Zubaydah to be "crap." Zubaydah talked willingly and truthfully before being tortured, and was mentally ill due to a head injury. The CIA did not believe he could know so little, so they tortured him anyway. One FBI agent who had participated in Zubaydah's interrogation threatened to arrest the CIA agents that were torturing him.
This was an interrogation that was "explicitly approved" and "choreographed" by the White House. - bsdboy, on 04/11/2008, -2/+8Well, Hitler tried to kill off the Jews while Bush seems to suck them off at every chance. Does that count?
- MrEthiopian, on 04/11/2008, -0/+4So now what happens to the so-called “Bad Apples” soldiers that the Bush administration used as scapegoats to shift the blame of the whole torture debacle. We can now see that the soldiers were only following orders from the top to soften up the detainees. Those soldiers should be released and they’re rank and back pay restored. Since Bush and his sackless administration doesn’t have the common decency to support the great people that defend this county, I think this country needs too put Bush and all his spineless administration in jail.
- swrostmore, on 04/12/2008, -1/+5Troll Hard.
- obliviousfool, on 04/12/2008, -0/+4Ever notice how every comment you type is more retardedly authoritarian than the last one?
- rrouse, on 04/11/2008, -1/+5Our forefathers would want us to impeachment the bastards.
- sweetlez, on 04/11/2008, -0/+4Impeach!
- Pherdnut, on 04/11/2008, -1/+5Hell, Reagan would want us to impeach the bastards. What the Hell happened to the GOP? You guys used to condemn the USSR for these kinds of abuses all the time. Bush could wipe his ass with constitution on camera but you guys wouldn't notice as long as he was also waving a flag around god-blessing his own actions but saying "America" to keep you conused.
- inactive, on 04/12/2008, -0/+3Cheney: So?
- omgTHEPATRIOTS, on 04/11/2008, -3/+6You penguin-quack this same ***** in every thread that proves that the masters whom you support are lying, thieving, treasonous terrorists. Learn to think for yourself and get an original quote once in a while other that "EVER NOTICE HOW AMERICA'S LIBERAL LEFTIST SHARE THE SAME VIEWS AS TERRORISTS HURF DE DURF I AM THE SMARTZORS BECAUSE RUSH LIMBAUGH TOLD ME LIBERALS ARE DE LOONIES TUNES!
- swrostmore, on 04/12/2008, -0/+3The Left didn't "know" this, we "suspected" it. It has now been confirmed by high-level sources, therefore it is now mainstream news.
- mikelieman, on 04/12/2008, -1/+4You misspelled "Tar and Feather" there...
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -0/+3Somebody grab a torch so we can burn this straw man!
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -3/+6Let's torture them!
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -0/+3Um, Cheney, the same Cheney that gets a hard-on every time he kicks a puppy, authorized torture tactics? Okay, just let me file this away under "No ***** *****, Sherlock!"
- obliviousfool, on 04/12/2008, -0/+2You misspelled "draw and quarter" there...
- inactive, on 04/12/2008, -0/+2How to be a total ***** douche on the internet:
"Every notice..." > Bad grammar: CHECK
"liberal leftist..." > Used to inspire negative connotations: CHECK
"America's enemies.." > align the term above with the enemy of the USA: CHECK
"...enemy within" > compound stupidity by using this terminology in conjunction with "America's liberal leftists": CHECK
Success! Go to the nearest public restroom to pick up your 'rolled up' diploma. Any stall will do. Don't forget to do a little tap dance in honor of your reward. - MasterJeweler, on 04/11/2008, -0/+2does it seem odd to anyone that the only judge john ashcroft was worried about was the future?
- mikelieman, on 04/11/2008, -2/+4"The ends justify the means?" you say?
*****. Either OBEY THE LAW and YOUR OATH TO G-D or go to Prison.
I am disgusted that your leaders LACK the "moral fortitude" to obey the Law and their sacred oaths.
Rhetorically, if Martha Stewart and Marion Jones went to prison for lying to a fed WHILE NOT UNDER OATH, why are the felons in the Bush Administration at large?
Look, I'm not suggesting that an interrogator might *have to* torture a prisoner, but that TORTURER *must* serve the time for his offense.
"Ignorance of the law is no excuse" and "Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time" come to mind... - grumpyrain, on 04/12/2008, -0/+2Oh come on, torture does lead to good evidence. How else would we have ever known about Iraq's WMDs?
/sarcasm - swrostmore, on 04/12/2008, -1/+3Troll Harder.
- JackpineRadical, on 04/11/2008, -4/+6A memo has also surfaced indicating that Bush authorized torture. He was not on the sidelines or "out of the loop" (to use a phrase popularized by his father, who was claiming to have been uninvolved in the ran-Contra scandal).
- swrostmore, on 04/12/2008, -1/+3Troll harder.
- robdiggity, on 04/12/2008, -0/+2Actually, both Martha Stewart and Marion Jones provided false testimony in sworn depositions.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -7/+8Oh, the right wing knows it.
They just lack the ethics to do something about it.
As long as they benefit, they'll support Bush. - dukeeeey, on 04/12/2008, -1/+2allowed it to happen ?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iw_XDxnciGs - inactive, on 04/11/2008, -2/+3Great insult should I counter with a worse one? I could find a convincing argument that you are the NAZI SA bully boy.
How's that New world Caliphate order going? - clearwaterlab, on 04/12/2008, -0/+1Really?! Who would have guessed?
Hey! Did you hear about the Berlin Wall coming down? That was good, right? - mikelieman, on 04/12/2008, -0/+1"What the Hell happened to the GOP?"
Country-Club Republicans. - robdiggity, on 04/12/2008, -0/+1Not really what I was thinking, no. I was thinking that they were indeed under oath, as the depositions were in fact of the sworn variety. I just didn't use all caps to say it.
- bluto36, on 04/11/2008, -2/+3easy big feller, you don't want to exert your Caps pinky. it will be ok, i know the truth hurts but if you bury your head in the sand long enough you wont feel anything.
- dukeeeey, on 04/12/2008, -0/+1Torture has been going in for a while in USA.
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-102520721 ...
Warning, video contains footage of cops breaking peoples arms with illegal martial arts weapons. - inactive, on 04/12/2008, -1/+1Well, Hillary Clinton's cackling laugh is pure condensed torture.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -10/+10That's not all Cheney's guilty of! Many know that he allowed 9/11 to happen on purpose!
Everyone needs to investigate 9/11 for him/herself, now! - inactive, on 04/11/2008, -6/+6Yep.
Tactics the right wing/GOP/PNAC employs today to marginalize the rational people among us.
The GOP learned a lot from the Nazis. - mikelieman, on 04/12/2008, -1/+1You're thinking of PERJURY, a different crime, involving SWORN testimony.
They were nailed for just fibbing to an investigator under 18 USC 1001.
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47 > § 1001
§ 1001. Statements or entries generally
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—

shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. - publiclurker, on 04/12/2008, -1/+1I know, they'd be embarrassed at the comparison also.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -5/+5hey *****
I believe the term "vast right wing conspiracy" was coined by Shillary Clinton when she was in denial that her husband cheated on her every chance he got.
Sometimes when you are wrong it's not because "they conspired against you". - inactive, on 04/11/2008, -1/+1come on now LOL since when have you played stupid my little piece of SHIITE
- inactive, on 04/12/2008, -3/+2Well, for one in Nazi Germany you would probably already be dead for spewing ***** like this.
- vehxFX, on 04/11/2008, -2/+0dear sweet mother of god... how many times do I have to read about this, most of you with your big long political mumble jumble explanations wont take the time to get away from your computer to do something about it if this was even really true
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -4/+1I have no idea davey my boy. Why don't you tell me, since it is all in YOUR head.
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -6/+2Talk about nazis and SA bully boy harrington shows up...
- inactive, on 04/11/2008, -9/+4"and it is just now becoming mainstream news?"
lol. I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but "harsh treatment" is only an issue to America's liberal leftists. The vast majority of Americans, real Americans, are glad that their leaders have the moral fortitude to do what's necessary to win America's War on Terrorism. - bluto36, on 04/11/2008, -6/+1the same cowardly left crying the good cry without any balls to do anything about it. why don't you lefty's pull up your skirts and do something about it?
/or act like you have a pair - bluto36, on 04/11/2008, -11/+6oops i forgot;
cry Fascist while using your freedom of speech to cry about the Fascist.
