  • WestonP, on 12/22/2007, -0/+1To be fair, the CARB organization is pretty ridiculous, so it's not really a bad thing that they're being eliminated. Car makers and aftermarket parts manufacturers had to go through an expensive and highly bureaucratic process to sell in California.
