- RogueCitizen, on 12/28/2007, -9/+125I want to see "Dick Cheney Impeached" in the digg top 10. Lets not let him walk out of office, lets throw him out!
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -7/+90I'd like to see Bush and Cheney not only impeached, but also arrested and tried for treason.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -9/+86It's never to late to fight for Justice.
- mywhitenoise, on 12/28/2007, -6/+67He didn't get a blowjob, but he ***** everyone in the U.S.
- RodneyJason, on 12/28/2007, -8/+59So if i sign up, will the FBI raid the web site and label all 100k of us terrorists ?
- GhostyBoy, on 12/28/2007, -3/+40I don't care when people say "Nothing will happen." We all know that Cheney is a criminal. He needs to be held accountable, as does everyone else in this crooked game of dirty politics, deceit and war-crimes.
So what if it doesn't happen today, or this week or ever? Being a good person means doing what you feel is right, regardless of whether or no the odds are in your favor. - pintomp3, on 12/28/2007, -1/+32and into a prison cell.
- birdly, on 12/28/2007, -3/+33Don't forget the people he ***** in Iraq.
- birdly, on 12/28/2007, -14/+44Why should we impeach Cheney? It's not like someone gave him a blowjob or something.....
- Mworthin, on 12/28/2007, -2/+28Screw it!
I signed that list. Let the Facists do as they wish. They want to come kick down my door so be it! I am so furious now, I don't care any more.
What was it that Patrick Henry said? - inactive, on 12/28/2007, -1/+25If the neo-cons weren't afraid for their agenda, they wouldn't continue send so many of their minions to Digg, simple little ineffectual Digg (as they call it) to try and keep their slipping grip on power. Impeach and Imprison.
Their house of cards is crashing down around them as they can only operate in secrecy and with zero opposition, but every day more and more people see the men behind the curtain and realize this isn't how our country should work.
Brave men are a city's strongest tower of defense. - Alcaeus - GhostyBoy, on 12/28/2007, -5/+24Hell yeah, man! Let's rip on people who are trying their best to do something positive! Guys like us know that the real answer is sitting on our fat asses eating fast food and playing video games. Apathy has worked so far so let's keep it going.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -1/+18Let's IMPEACH the Federal Reserve, and the banking crossbred elites of Europe, and the mainstream media, and the Military industrial complex, and the Pharmaceutical industrial complex, and the Genetically modified food complex.
Cheney is a puppet. puppet of leo strauss and george schulz. - inactive, on 12/28/2007, -1/+17I asked my family at Christmas if they knew there were intial proceedings in the impeachment of Dick Cheney. They said, "No" they havent heard.
I then asked them if they heard about Britney's sister getting knocked up.
All but one knew. He was 11 - phragmatic, on 12/28/2007, -8/+24***** you mister cheney
- Marijuana, on 12/28/2007, -7/+21Why is there always one dumbass with a dumbass comment. Oh right, it's the internetz.
- TrevorBelmont, on 12/28/2007, -1/+14Tough luck? You bet, but we're all the losers.
- LiquidCure, on 12/28/2007, -6/+19This is something that desperately needs to happen. Write/call your local representatives and let them know that we will not stand for this tyranny any longer. The URL below is a directory that contains the addresses of all U.S. congressmen. Take action before it's too late.
http://www.house.gov/writerep/ - mr5150, on 12/28/2007, -0/+13That's exactly why you should want your name on that list, otherwise you will forever be in fear of your government.
People shouldn't fear their government, Governents need to fear their people. - Caffeinate, on 12/28/2007, -0/+12That is more important. No one that has done that much evil deserves to get away with it, and we don't want to allow him to set a precedent.
- principle, on 12/28/2007, -0/+11Not if we get Cheney and Bush first. Otherwise, yes… we are all screwed.
- willfe, on 12/28/2007, -1/+11This is dangerous reasoning; if we don't even *bother* trying to punish legitimately unlawful behavior, we send an important message to the *next* guy: "as long as you can survive to an election year, we don't bother trying to punish you for anything you do in office." Even if we kick him in the butt as he's on his way out, we're warning the next one not to try the same stunts.
- inactive, on 08/11/2008, -0/+9***** liberals. Always standing up for what they believe in, and doing their best to uphold the liberty and justice that this country stands for. I hate them.
- GuacamoleSan, on 12/28/2007, -0/+9And benjamin franklin once said, "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
- Mworthin, on 12/28/2007, -4/+13Yeah, the final victory in Iraq is going to be quite like the final victory in Viet Nam...but you are probably too young to remember the evacuation from the roof of the US embassy in Saigon, butthole.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -2/+11ummmmmmmm. Cheney and Bush have basically ***** all over the constitution. Cheney sells arms to Iran and has moved his company to Bahrain to avoid taxes and oversight. Bush thinks illegal wiretaps of American citizens is somehow defending freedom. How can you be so blind to not see that this administration is leading us directly into totalitarianism?
- KSUdesigner, on 12/28/2007, -1/+9The key word in that comment is "year." An awful lot of damage can be done in a year. Better late than never.
- dexedrine, on 12/28/2007, -0/+7The time for Justice is always RIGHT NOW!!!
- MacBastard, on 12/28/2007, -1/+7I have to agree with most of what you have to say, but I don't think that impeachment will increase Cheney's approval numbers.
Reasonable people knew then that Clinton was being impeached for a ***** reason. Reasonable people know now that Cheney would be impeached for his many "crimes and misdemeanors" if not outright treasonous felonies. - Mutton, on 12/28/2007, -2/+8It's never to late to fight for GREAT justice.
fixed - Caffeinate, on 12/28/2007, -1/+7But let's not let Cheney get away with the evil he has done, either. Put him in a prison cell (or even better, face ultimate justice for treason) and let him attempt to save himself by naming names.
- Woly000, on 12/28/2007, -0/+6HA! someone actual believes the mass media is on the side of the people.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -0/+6I guess my labeling fits you too well and you're getting nervous that diggers see you for what you are: worthless.
Go ahead diggers, read his comment history, then jiggle his handle and send him back into the sewers from where he came. - principle, on 12/28/2007, -0/+6Nader Sheds Light on Bush Impeachment!
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-854363641 ... - rizla420, on 12/28/2007, -0/+5Seriously though, WTF is it really going to accomplish aside from a fleeting victory. Even if Cheney gets impeached the damage is done. Even beyond that, the dude is no longer VP, but do you honestly think he doesnt know the most influential people that run this country?? We should welcome his dismissal at any means whether its via the end of his term or impeachment, but the most critical part is not letting him fade away in our collective memories. You think once he's done being president hes going to go sit at home and retire?? If you do, then your pretty misinformed. We need to bring the spotlight of scrutiny on all the roaches in the power positions those who really control the interests of our nation. We should follow the roach back to the colony.
I AM IN NO WAY advocating stocking the guy, just saying we should pay close attention to stuff after he's out of the limelight. To be honest him being VP was a great thing, it made us aware of who he is and who he plays with. THe last thing we should do is think things are honky dory once we get a new pres. THe congress will still be the same, the same people who voted against our collective interests in favor of those who control the wealth and power of our nation. Its time to wake up and take stock of where we are and who the players are in this game so that we can then usurp that power. Without letting ourselves fall victim to the power/control trap.
i often ask myself whether i'd want to go into politics. Then I counter with the question of whether i'd be able to stay true to my ideals and morals in the face of bribery and threat. If I can say without a doubt, without ***** myself, that I would then, only then would I even consider running. Ultimately, you never know what your price is until someone approaches you... politics is a seductive curse. - nanboya, on 12/28/2007, -0/+5As long as the history books put a big fat asterisk and a long footnote for what a crappy administration the 2nd Bush one has been, I'll be happy.
- BlacklabelSAR, on 12/28/2007, -0/+5By definition, you just described living in tyranny.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -4/+9The road to hell is paved with republicans!
- jjb123, on 12/28/2007, -1/+6Would you like to volunteer? Me neither.
- joshuabowers, on 12/28/2007, -1/+6It's embarrassing that your parents copulated. And you can quote me on that one.

You are exactly why America is disliked outside of your country. - guntario, on 12/28/2007, -0/+4How is it different from your name?
- TwinTurboMike, on 12/28/2007, -3/+7250 million of which probably haven't a clue as to what is going on in the nation, let alone the world.
- scrappyvintage, on 12/28/2007, -0/+4You are a bastard.
- lazysnake1013, on 12/28/2007, -0/+4What happened to Dennis Kucinich's impeachment bill?
- zakatov, on 12/28/2007, -0/+4move ZIG ?
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -3/+7When you realize that War is fought by the same people on both sides, you will have learned something useful.
Until then, shut your obviously crap filled pie-hole. - joshuabowers, on 12/28/2007, -0/+3At the very least, to hold the moral high ground? To say, "We, at the very least, attempted to do something," rather than "We attempted nothing"? Whether or not this goes anywhere, I think the attempt is more valid -- and, dare I say, more American in the most traditionalist sense of the term -- than not doing anything at all.
- inactive, on 12/28/2007, -1/+4Way to take a Ghandi quote and try to make it your own. He said it better.
- paulisnotdead, on 12/28/2007, -0/+3Your comment reminds me of the way ten year olds type.
