- deathlip, on 11/03/2009, -1/+218Torture could of helped him recall. I'm just saying...
- algaeturd, on 11/02/2009, -2/+217Portrait of a criminal. It disgusts me that this man used to hold the second highest office in the land. The fact that Americans aren't outraged over Cheney abusing and misusing his power is proof positive that they'll put up with anything. They may get mad for a few days, then roll over and forget about it but those 8 years of Bush and Cheney will leave a scar on this nation that will last for generations.
Never forget 9/11? I agree.
Also never forget Cheney and Bush trying to suck the very blood out of America and the American people. Those who forget the past are condemned to relive it. - DaviDTC, on 11/03/2009, -0/+105I wouldn't go as far as torture. Just give him what he thought was ok. I would suggest waterboarding. I recall that not being torture so there should be no problem with doing it to him.
- lolerskate, on 11/03/2009, -1/+77Maybe you should let Jesse Ventura waterboard him for an hour, maybe that would jog is memory.
- BLyday, on 11/03/2009, -0/+66Somebody call Batman, at least he knows how to put the Penguin in jail.
- ChuckDees, on 11/03/2009, -0/+66Reagan did the same thing when confronted with the illegal activities his administration did in the 1980's.
- treehugger87, on 11/03/2009, -1/+59Why is this criminal allowed to walk around free?
- seltaeb4, on 11/03/2009, -0/+57I wonder if he still recalls what his "other priorities" were when he got 5 Vietnam draft deferments?
59,000 other Americans got to find out the hard way about Dick Cheney's priorities. - ChristmasPoo, on 11/03/2009, -0/+52"YOU LIE!" piece of *****
- lennynumberone, on 11/03/2009, -1/+49*have, could HAVE, HAVE HAVE HAVE!
you're right though. - enantiodromia, on 11/03/2009, -3/+46Maybe a cattle prod to the testes might jog his memory.
- Wavemancali, on 11/03/2009, -0/+35Obviously Mr. Cheney is exhibiting the signs of advanced dementia and should be institutionalized for everyone's protection, especially considering the amount of high security intel that he has been exposed to.
- ChristPissed, on 11/03/2009, -2/+36Yet another republican Crook named Dick.
- nurbsenvi, on 11/03/2009, -0/+32The guy who brought down the empire.
- inactive, on 11/03/2009, -0/+28Yeah, exactly. It's not torture when we do it. It's "pain compliance".
- mike23w, on 11/03/2009, -1/+28At least Reagan was able to fake being likable.
- BasalCellBossk, on 11/03/2009, -0/+26Suuuure ... this would indicate a severe cognitive impairment, because that is some serious lacunae in the memory. Such as only really likely if the person is suffering some kind of brain damage. So we don't have to pay any attention to his ***** any more, right? Such a person has no credibility in any serious matter, obviously.
Either he's lying, or he is brain damaged. - blqysmg, on 11/03/2009, -0/+25Who says Americans aren't outraged? I am, for one. Many people I know are disgusted with Darth Cheney. I believe that we will find that he was involved in many illegal and disturbingly criminal things. It seems that many (most? all?) of our top level politicians are compromised, or are outright criminals.
- founderofpork, on 11/03/2009, -0/+22Yep. Every day that Obama doesn't actively pursue investigation (and inevitably prosecutions) against the previous administration is a day that he is failing to uphold his oath of office.
We need to set goddamn precedent because otherwise you're going to see the abuses of power just getting worse and worse as the years go on. - EricSchC1, on 11/03/2009, -0/+21Deflection from the topic at hand? Hillary also wasn't a wartime VP w/corporate ties to independent contracting firms working in Iraq.
- DDRSkata, on 11/03/2009, -0/+21Seriously? You think Obama has abused the Constitution more than George W. "just a goddamn piece of paper" Bush? I'm not saying Obama's been the perfect president, but you have to be ***** delusional to even imagine that he's been worse than the Bush administration.
- blqysmg, on 11/03/2009, -0/+19I would not go as far as torture for most people. Those who openly advocate torture though... maybe they should be subject to the very thing they advocate. He thinks torture is such a good idea for others....
- EricSchC1, on 11/03/2009, -0/+19No, you're getting buried for deflection. Stay on topic or shut up and sit down. Saying "B-b-b-but Person X did it too" is the defense of the desperately guilty.
If you voted for Bush/Cheney own up to your political ignorance (or ill-will), lest YOU get accused of being an accomplice to their crimes. - gbates31, on 11/03/2009, -1/+20Not surprising. Even if Cheney's memory suddenly came back and he decided to spill the beans, who's going to do anything about it?
"Let's put the past behind us" is all we'll ever hear from the Obama administration. Weren't there promises to investigate? - tresbizarre, on 11/03/2009, -1/+17Maybe he has Alzheimers like Reagan developed during the Iran/Contra scandal.
- BlacklabelSAR, on 11/03/2009, -0/+16Funny how you weren't defending the Constitution while Bush was in office.
How convenient. - deslock, on 11/03/2009, -0/+15Cheney _has_ testified how effective waterboarding is...
He has nothing to fear because it isn't torture so it won't hurt him and he has nothing to hide right? So let's get it rolling! - 1x253, on 11/03/2009, -0/+14I remember those promises. Where's the "change" we heard so much about?
Investigate Bush and Cheney for crimes against humanity. - mike23w, on 11/03/2009, -0/+14Teabagging might be more effective.
- 1x253, on 11/03/2009, -1/+15No it wouldn't... torture only works if you DON'T like it.
- SilverBlade2k, on 11/03/2009, -0/+14I can't recall = I don't want to recall and don't want to tell anyone the truth.
- jfitz369, on 11/03/2009, -1/+15What a dick.
- BlacklabelSAR, on 11/03/2009, -1/+13The "I fail to recall" line should be used by anyone and everyone appearing in court.
Let's see how long that lasts. - tgc1, on 11/03/2009, -0/+12There's the ***** eating grin people talk about. Jeez you can hear the guy grunting. Mmrrrrrrggghh...
- duggtodeath, on 11/03/2009, -3/+15Really digg, not one hint of sarcasm got through?
- stormkrow, on 11/03/2009, -0/+11Yeah because a low level CIA operative can go ahead and decide who gets ambassadorships and then give them commands to "spy" on people.
As I recall Bush sent them both to Nigeria to find/forge a link between Saddam and Nigerian uranium so he could cover his ass for his lying us into the Iraq war. - Kungfumantis239, on 11/03/2009, -0/+11I agree. I support Obama, but some of the choices he has been making are certainly suspect.
@Algae, I'm all for Bush and Cheney both being tried for war crimes against humanity. - AgeofMastery, on 11/03/2009, -0/+10BogusIP

And before that NewIP and BannedIP among others. Just another troll - rabidjester, on 11/03/2009, -0/+9Gah, you guys are terrible at deflecting.
- TriTech, on 11/03/2009, -0/+9I think that at that time Cheney didn't hold the second highest office, he controlled the highest office.
- chowdah, on 11/04/2009, -0/+9I had a friend who's father was a founding member of the OSS. He knew a lot about the intelligence community. When Bush/Cheney stole the election in 2000, he told me point blank, "These men are evil."
- denizen42, on 11/03/2009, -0/+9The system itself, NEEDS to include anti-corruption measures.
- ninjaofpatience, on 11/03/2009, -0/+8Quick keep posting that over and over and maybe people will forget that you've already been buried and called out on deflection.
Stop trolling, you're just making yourself look bad. - BasalCellBossk, on 11/03/2009, -0/+8Deflection noted.
- nygenxer, on 11/03/2009, -0/+8There's always room for this ***** at Guantanamo.
- DankBuddz, on 11/03/2009, -0/+7Well I mostly care about how he profiteered off of the blood of my friends and the electrocution of US troops taking showers, not so much ***** BILLING RECORDS!
- thebreach, on 11/03/2009, -0/+7Cause everyone under him is also a bunch of corrupt scumbags who can be bought and sold.
They rigged it for 8 year so they will never be touched. - thebreach, on 11/03/2009, -0/+7There should be some kind of court machine that punches you in the balls if you use the phrase "I don't recall"
If that is your answer you are nothing more than a liar and and a scumbag.
***** you Cheney! Enjoy your special spot in hell - AngelBunny, on 11/04/2009, -0/+7Dick Cheney is a sith lord.
- addikt, on 11/04/2009, -0/+7cheney should have been arrested years ago.
no justice. -
