They don't have ubiquitous private property (IE owners) who would conceivably be responsible for a lawn or a lot. And, due to the lack of wealth, every inch that would be privately owned, would be used for some commercial purpose?!?!??! How could they even have lawns much less lock the owners up for failing to mow a lawn or a lot, or anything fo that matter!?!?!
AND THEN....I slowly realized as I was going through the names listed in the article that it was a city council in ”Canton” Ohio...... run by DEMS... OOPS!!!!.....
NOW IT MAKES MORE SENSE!...

The egregiously pathetic part is that, even after revealing themselves, even after the self-realization that what they are doing is wrong and there could be a backlash, they want to do it anyway?!?!?!?! You just know what will happen next, they’ll get re-elected by vast margins BEACAUSE… they are Dems. WHICH, they will instantly interpret as a sign of consent for their previous actions and commence to delivery yet more controls and usurpations, to wit, they will get yet again,…. re-elected….
