  • stonebear, on 06/29/2008, -0/+2It looks like went off to a scene he enjoyed, and preferred, to have his nervous breakdown without it becoming a 50s melodrama, and decided to stay there. Or maybe he was simply a man who knew too much, a man the CIA would not allow to be treated for mental illness at the time; he may well have feared the government for his life and/or liberty. In any case, it sure caused a world of trouble for his family.
