- rcook18, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This country has the finest media money can buy.
- sedawknawk, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0and yet note what was missed in the clarification he gave the very next day. And many who reported his clarification cast it as 'backpedaling' when it was really just setting the record straight after being misrepresented by other news agencies.
Turns out there's more to the story regarding this

I'm sure none of the libs care but his comments were misrepresented:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/09/16/AR2007091601287_pf.html
So the facts are catching up with the initial overeagerness of the left's desire to cast this falsely.
Continue on with your normal liberal programming. I am positive that my link that leads to Greenspan's clarification will be buried because it doesn't fit the mob-rule here at digg.com
Those reading this, - consider before hitting reply to this, did one really read the quote by Greenspan in the links? His clarification is there in both articles. Remember to read past the headline (greenspan didn't write the headline, he's clarifying a misconstrument).
So I'd believe his clarification over the desire to misconstrue his words for political splash.
My post will be buried because it doesn't fit the mob-think here.
Note, the links above are not fox news.
