    Batiste has been speaking out against the war for literally years. So CBS' position is... you can have an opinion, it can be anti-war, you can say it on CBS... but you can't say it in an ad!

    There are too many generals like Batiste who have shown true guts in coming forward. Too many because the bootlickers, and their allies in the corporate media, keep throwing the heroes under the bus so they can ask the President which toe they might be permitted to suck.

    I'm not saying that the general wasn't asked to leave over it... I'm just stating that the General himself never stated that he was asked to leave over the ads.
