CA Secretary of State Decertifies Majority LA County E-voting Machines

crooksandliars.com — California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, in an effort to stem computer fraud, decertified Los Angeles County ’s electronic voting system and sharply curtailed the use of two other machines California counties planned to use in the February 2008 presidential primary.
