- inactive, on 07/10/2008, -13/+141Incredible. I can't wait until we kick this jerk out of office. His arrogance is astounding.
- MrTito, on 07/10/2008, -9/+115But he's wearing a flag lapel pin! That means he's one of the good guys, right?
- yourpalchris, on 07/10/2008, -12/+112I saw this when it first came out. That smirk has to go down as one of the most irritating looks anyone has ever made. Thank God for presidential term limits. Now if we could just get Congress to agree to limit their own power, too ... Yeah, right.
- DrCrankenstein, on 07/10/2008, -19/+104Infuriating. This is why so many people aren't proud of America right now.
"Listen!... Listen!... Listen!..."
You have the IQ of a turnip, you hapless gorilla.
Have you ever read flowers for Algernon? You remind me of the guy in that story BEFORE he got smarter.
You remind me of Lenny from Of Mice and Men because I think I should take you outside and shoot you before someone else has to kill you for being so stupid. - stormkrow, on 07/10/2008, -11/+78CHIMPEACH!!!!!!!!!

and yet americans let him rule their country for 8 years, and will let him get away with murder...literally.
aaah...the humanity!!!!! - CharlesDance, on 07/10/2008, -12/+50***** Bush.
- OohChit, on 07/10/2008, -11/+45This video is priceless!!
I just finished watching Kucinich bringing up impeachment.. GW is so full of bull$hit!!! There were no threats from Iraq.
Should be "frontpage"!!!
Thank you Huffingtonpost :) - rowjimmy, on 07/10/2008, -4/+35you do know that Saddam had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11, right? and that since the invasion of iraq, international recruiting and organization of terrorist organizations has increased, right? and that terrorism, while an irrational response, usually has a rational origin - namely, you killed my family, colonized my country, destroyed my culture, etc etc etc, right?
jebus. - SugarCoatedSalt, on 07/10/2008, -10/+39That's it, I am 100% positive this man has mental issues a long with the vast majority of Americans that voted him in TWICE, what the ***** were you people thinking? and its not a rhetorical question, I mean...WHY? this ***** is like beyond me, just WHY did you voted him in twice?
god made him promote PEACE and FREEDOM? through what? killing people, bombing neighborhoods? torturing them? taking away our freedoms? ***** YOU.
the way he acted is incredible.
President of the most powerful nation. - overt, on 07/10/2008, -7/+31Bush is awesome. What's wrong with you people?
- KaiUno, on 07/10/2008, -3/+23Defend himself from what? The shadows that have haunted Bush? (Or at least, the shadows Bush thinks haunt him?)
- Leomarth, on 07/10/2008, -5/+22I thought it was a pretty weak interview. Bush kept rolling over her, and her questions, while persistent, weren't probing and insightful.
- rearlgrant, on 07/10/2008, -7/+23This video is also a very good commentary about the U.S. press...
- edmondburke, on 07/10/2008, -9/+24He is a prime example of a 'dry drunk' at its psychological worse. What goes round comes round, and the people he has hurt with his arrogant disregard for Human Rights have long memories. I think if he is looking forward to a peaceful retirement, he might have to think again - not just for himself, but his cohorts, and anyone who was involved in the worst Administration in US history
- weech, on 07/10/2008, -2/+17Can I finish? Can I finish? CAN - I - FIN-NISH? can-i-finish-can-i-finish-can-i-FINISH? asheebasha! asheebasha asheebasha!
- dheaddy, on 07/10/2008, -5/+19Half of the US voted this guy into office. Incredible
- rowjimmy, on 07/10/2008, -3/+16"And you do know that he facilitated and harbored terrorists in his country?"
And you do know that we were perfectly OK with that and provided financial and military support so long as they were turned against our enemies?
"And that no matter what happened, we were are going to be the most hated country because we're one of the most outspoken and capable of backing up what we say"
actually, i'd say we are the most hated country because we are the biggest imperialist war-mongerers currently around.
after 9/11 we should have taken a long hard look at american foreign policy and recognized that, "holy *****, things must be getting extreme if people are willing to kill themselves to get back at us." you don't prevent further fires by burning everything to the ground - you prevent them by dousing everything that is immediately on fire and then taking a step back and figuring out how things started.
oh, i'm sorry though, the idea of rational discourse is out the window when it comes to AMERICA FUG YEAH!!! - Tommyhawk, on 07/10/2008, -9/+22It wasn't a great interview and there's a lot of problems I have with Bush's answers but that article is so slanted anti-Bush you can actually see the bias oozing from the screen.
- wonkavsn, on 07/10/2008, -7/+20I've seen this before
The part where he gestures to her and points out that America has helped Ireland makes me want to punch him in his special area.

- bipolarruledout, on 07/11/2008, -1/+12Indeed. However he didn't win the first time and some don't think he won the second. The sad fact is that with black box voting we may never know for sure.
- razor150, on 07/10/2008, -3/+14Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Democrats have and still do support the war in Afghanistan, which had everything to do with 9/11. Bush never responded to the Cole attack, and he gave up pretty quickly on trying to capture those involved in planning and funding 9/11, specially Osama Bin Laden so he could go after Iraq. Don't you think those actions have "emboldened" the terrorists? Al'Qaida is as strong or stronger then it was pre-9/11. How does that jive with your belief that the world is safer? Because we're chasing ghosts in Iraq?
You are an idiot, that is why you are being dugg down. - youareretarded, on 07/11/2008, -1/+11It's been proven and known time and time again that Saddam did not harbor terrorists, any one in the know or knew anything about Saddam and Iraq knew this before the war. The Bush administration pushed for a war in Iraq and tried to use 9/11 to justify it.

silly rabbit--we were in afghanistan fighting terror and then we went to iraq to get oil.
myself, and those like me, would have retaliated and cleaned house in A-F-G-H-A-N-I-S-T-A-N
period - mwrl, on 07/10/2008, -2/+12Peace through Superior Firepower baby!
- duewydo, on 07/10/2008, -1/+10PEENkiller you are lost. You could learn a thing or two from rowjimmy. The US was attacked 9/11. Regardless of who you think was at fault. (Inside job or Al-Qaida) and regardless how bad a guy Sadam was, We had no good reason to go to war with Iraq. Any reason you can come up with is not good enough because they posed no imminent threat to the U.S.A. and this ridiculous idealism that it is our job to "free the world" sounds like something the communists were trying to achieve during the cold war.
- HanFastolfe, on 07/11/2008, -0/+9"Imagine if George Washington had never demanded term limits"
That's what reality is called. He set a "precedent", not a law. That precedent stayed until FDR smashed right through it. The twenty-second amendment to the United States Constitution, demands, and enforces term limits on a president. Not anything Washington, "demanded". - razor150, on 07/10/2008, -3/+11PEENkiller, why do you insist on parroting disproven *****? You might actually have an argument when you actually say something factual instead of perpetuating the lies that were told.
It's is people like you that makes it easy for the rest of the world to call Americans ignorant. - Technohamster, on 07/10/2008, -3/+119-11 and Saddam Hussein have no connection.
- razor150, on 07/10/2008, -3/+11It represents Bush since he and his administration ordered it, and then pretended they had nothing to do with it.
- hammerpants, on 07/10/2008, -6/+14Who are you (we) kidding? Nobody's ever kicking him out of office. He'll leave at the end of his term. There's nothing anybody's going to do about it. Congress talks big, but they are cowards. Kucinich's one man army will peter out. We'll soon be talking about impeaching McCain for the next 8 years...
- jull1234, on 07/10/2008, -2/+10We don't even have to do that. No matter what, in January he's gone.
- Andyschism, on 07/11/2008, -1/+9Didnt you just do that?
- bobbi21, on 07/11/2008, -2/+9It just sucks that the rest of the world is suffering due to this failed leader
- rowjimmy, on 07/11/2008, -1/+8@mwrl
"Iraq was about cleaning up past mistakes. It was directly connected to terrorist support and thus it was justified. Those of us in the military that have been fighting there on the border of Iraq for 13 years were really tired of it and were more then happy to bring the hurt down."
ok, so i'll just take your word for it? instead of all the evidence showing that iraq was not a threat, had little connections to terrorism, and if anything, has become a hotbed of extremism in response to our illegal invasion and occupation? i'm sorry if you made a poor career choice and decided to murder people for a living, but don't drag the whole world down with your napoleon complex. - mwrl, on 07/10/2008, -2/+9Must have been during one of those days some Pop star did something stupid.
- rowjimmy, on 07/10/2008, -4/+11IT WAS NOT WITHOUT PROVOCATION!!! if my family had been stealing your resources, killing your people, subjugating your culture, etc etc etc for a long ass time, and you bombed my house, i would probably use a fire-extinguisher, clean up what i could, and then think, "why did this happen? what can i do to stop this from happening in the future?"
and yes, democracts are war-mongering imperialists, just like republicans. whoopity-doo, your "partisan" squabbling means nothing to a person who sees that both are two sides of the same corporate coin.
sure, trying to start a discussion with a guy with his finger on the suicide-vest button probably wont work, but taking a step back and asking the international community, "how did we get here?" is a hell of a lot of a smarter move than just blowing the guys village up, so that 40 others join up in his name.
i *really* hope you have not reproduced/are sterile... - Stewdean, on 07/11/2008, -0/+7European journalism is several leagues above US journalism, they are wise to BS. I would love to get Bush on Newsnight in the UK, Bush vs. Paxman would really show what an idiot this man is. Talking about terrorism to the Irish is like trying to teach Inuits about snow.
- rowjimmy, on 07/11/2008, -2/+9are you being serious?
"-Thank you. US Attacked on 9/11 ---> Terrorists responsible in Afghanistan and part of Taliban ---> Iraq thought to harbor terrorists/and weapons posing a threat to our allies --> we attack Iraq."
Yes, those first two lines of thinking are golden. But even if you ignore the fact that terrorism has a (usually rational) cause, rather than attack iraq on faulty intelligence, don't you think it would have been a better move to focus our efforts on those who actually attacked us rather than spread the forces thin as hell and weaken any chance of actually bringing about justice (revenge) for 9/11? Seriously, read the reports from any source you want - iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11, this has been admitted after the fact - and while the administration can claim "well we thought they did and now we are there so deal with it" we wouldn't be in this horrible situation had we actually stopped to think instead of just waving our dicks around!
and have fun in the navy. hopefully you don't get killed for a selfish corporate agenda. - razor150, on 07/10/2008, -3/+9Not even a valid argument. What he country has done has nothing to do with the questions she asked. It may make her a hypocrite depending on her position on her countries action, but it proves nothing about anybody else.
- omenmedia, on 07/10/2008, -5/+11What a ***** douchebag. Who else will be throwing a party when he's out of office?
- Andyschism, on 07/11/2008, -2/+8dugg for dick wagon.
- PoSSeSSeDCoW, on 07/11/2008, -0/+6Anyone who thinks Limbaugh tells the unadulterated truth is an idiot. Hell, I'm fiscally conservative and I think he is completely retarded and full of rhetoric.
He spins things so that the idiot listeners he has will blindly attack something that there is nothing wrong with. - bonj, on 07/10/2008, -4/+10To be fair, neither was the 2004 election: http://www.rollingstone.com/news/story/10432334/wa ...
- howdareyou, on 07/10/2008, -10/+16I love how he cuts her off mid question, and then when she tries to finish her question he has the audacity to say "ugh excuse me may I finish, you asked a question now will you let me answer?". Ugh no jackass, you didn't let her finish.
