- LastVisibleDog, on 03/28/2008, -1/+1I believe Bill Clinton made the same kind of statements.
I guess we all know Democrats lie constantly (especially the Clintons) so we are only surprised when a Republican lies???
Oh yeah, ThinkProgress just got caught again posting lies.
The Democrat Party is in complete free-fall right now
If it is ThinkProgress - it is most likely a lie, distortion, or spin - littlebylittle, on 03/28/2008, -1/+1What a Nutcase ...
- bleuwolfe, on 03/27/2008, -1/+1Do you think this man believes any of the crap that spews from his mouth? Yeah, being shelled, people dying, great demonstration of progress. What. A. Fool.
- Insightful, on 03/27/2008, -2/+2Remember, this is the man that said the following:
"Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised. This regime has already used weapons of mass destruction against Iraq's neighbors and against Iraq's people.
"The regime has a history of reckless aggression in the Middle East. It has a deep hatred of America and our friends. And it has aided, trained and harbored terrorists, including operatives of al Qaeda.
"The danger is clear: using chemical, biological or, one day, nuclear weapons, obtained with the help of Iraq, the terrorists could fulfill their stated ambitions and kill thousands or hundreds of thousands of innocent people in our country, or any other. . . .
Quick question: Which of the above statement is true? Which of any of Bush's statement of any kind is true? - cheesegypsy, on 03/27/2008, -1/+1Didn't John McCain and his straight-talk express just leave Iraq, declaring it a success? After, of course, becoming confused as to who was who and who was doing what where and how. Success is relative if no one has any idea what you are talking about.
If he defines the current situation in Iraq as a success then it will be relatively easy for him to fix all our domestic problems with a wave of his semantic wand.
