Brit Hume to retire

blog.infinitemonkeysblog.com — Brit Hume is retiring after the November elections. The most good-natured smirk on TV will smirk no more -- we could only wish the same for Keith Olbermann's obnoxious, smart-ass smirk. "Special Report" is simply, hands down, the best news broadcast on television with Brit in that chair.

  • LoneRanger85, on 07/16/2008, -0/+1Unlike NBC, which had to pull Tom Brokaw out of semi-retirement and dust him off to host Meet the Press, Fox News has a wealth of talent who can host that show. They have done an excellent job of grooming journalists who can take over in any situation.
