Throwing away one of the provisions in our Bill of Rights is a BAD idea and we need to stop the Republicans from trashing what our nation's founders created. What Bush is doing violates International Law, the Geneva Convention, and common sense. I can only hope that one day Bush will be tried by an International Tribunal for his crimes against humanity.

You need 60 votes to stop a filibuster.
Ironically, Republicans wanted to do away with the filibuster altogether a couple years ago when Democrats were using it to block Bush's judicial nominees.
