This Congress is absurd. The Republicans are the most obstructionist in history (allowing less up-or-down votes than any Congress ever) and the Democrats are absolutely spineless. The only thing worse than a flip-flopping politician is a flip-flopping judge, especially one who says a consistent act like waterboarding should be determined "case by case"
