Boeing Receives $2.2 Bln Order From Iraq Government [BA]

rttnews.com — 5/5/2008 12:10:19 PM Aircraft manufacturer Boeing Co. (BA) Monday revealed that it received a $2.2 billion contract from the Government of Iraq for 30 Boeing 737-800 commercial airplanes, with an option for ten additional Boeing 737s. The contract represents Iraq's first initiative to re-establish its scheduled commercial aviation operations.
