Not a chance, he'd be dead in less than a week... AND... we'd have a lead on the REAL center of the problem.... will the FBI obtain direction from "higher up" to go after them and find out where the heart of the problem lies????? Hmmmmmm where would they need to get that kind of direction???

OR.... they bought a used stencil set and didn't realize it was a few letters short of the nominal 26, like by 22 or so...
OR... they were unexpected twins... which would account for the two of them having only one malfeasant brain, semi-functioning between them...
However, the choices are eventually finite, though one thing is for certain; in Chicago, you can COUNT on corruption at the highest levels, and unfortunately it tends to seep out and touch us all at some point. If only there were a two party system in Chicago where the competition of ideas and rectification of the status quo by deselect ion and punishment of "machines" long overdue for overhaul could be realized.... it wouldn't have end like this for them EACH time, in a pool of rotten, stinking, bribe taking, influence peddling, criminal conduct year after year after year....
