But REALLY he was referring to EXPORTING clean coal to China.
Wait, what...? Now I am just confused...
Biden is a jackass with a lose mouth. He satisfies his current audience (it was the girl at the time he ran his mouth in the rope line, it was the common American last night at the "debate" - if that is what you want to call what Biden was doing there).
