As FISA heads toward vote, Feingold warns against immunity watch!

It is probably the clearest explanation for why the FISA legislation in the form currently before the senate, clearly undermines the rule of law, sets a dangerous president and does not hold President Bush to account for his illegal domestic surveillance.
