Appeals Court Says First Amendment Doesn't Apply to Condos

jewneric.com — A Court of Appeals in Chicago, Il. decided against the right to place religious artifacts on the doorposts of a condo if the bylaws of the building prohibit signs and objects on the outside of doors.
