When the black firefighter claimed he found a noose, however, that was a hate crime ... until they discovered the black guy hung the noose himself to frame whitey. It turns out trying to inflame racial tensions against whitey is not a crime at all. - meuse, on 06/12/2008, -0/+9This story is old, but these things are still going on. The Transit Authority has actually introduced a program to monetarily reward the black students who don't attack white people riding the bus.

The black people have made up this thing called "happy slapping". They just walk up to any white person and "slap them in the face" and if the person tries to defend themselves, then a pile of about ten blacks jump on the white person and beat them to death and laugh about it because they no the authorities will look the other way! And nothing is done about this.
This is what they do to pass in time in Baltimore and it is getting even more serious and more violent. The authorities will NOT do anything about it either because the entire city is corrupt and run by blacks. They just look the other way! This is so bad I can't even tell you.
At least my best friend and his wife have demanded through a lawyer an investigation from the Justice Department into the corruptness of the Baltimore authorities when the authorities denied them to file a report on her being assaulted!
This is what happened in New Orleans in the 90's - the place was so corrupt that the citizens filed a formal complaint with the Justice Department and eventually after investigations and under cover operations they DID come in and clean house literally. Unfortunately, DOJ needs to do the same again with New Orleans and NOW Baltimore.
