Angry over homicides, mayor holsters his race starter pistol
chron.com — Mayor Mark Mallory of Cincinnati Ohio is refusing to use his "stater pistol" to start a car race. He says the pistol promotes a bad symbol to the community. Is he whacked or what? If guys like this focused as much effort against criminals as they do against guns - the crime rate would go way down!
