- northwatuppa, on 11/09/2009, -44/+376Limbaugh panders to the crazy right, not the far right.
- upnorthgirl, on 11/09/2009, -25/+324FTA: "The whole idea that everything bad that happens in the world is Obama’s fault is getting tedious."
Rush needs to come up with some new content. - Boogalou007, on 11/10/2009, -25/+316Why do Teabaggers idolize this guy? He's freaking nuts.
- neognostic, on 11/09/2009, -32/+288It's Bush and Cheney's fault.
Illegally invade Iraq and not have an exit strategy of any kind.
Legally attack Afghanistan, but then quit before you finish the job, and leaving it worse than it was before the attack. - kward711, on 11/09/2009, -21/+155is there anything Limbaugh doesn't blame Obama for?
- hascat, on 11/10/2009, -17/+148why not blame the guy who got us in to iraq and afghanistan in the first place?
- Thistlejack, on 11/10/2009, -4/+121I think Fox News has had to reposition O'Reilly as their "middle of the road" guy now that Glenn Beck has taken over the angry crazyman time slot. These guys are media products, not people. They're part of a portfolio of entertainment that News Corp actively manages to maximize profits.
- bsmang, on 11/10/2009, -13/+119There's a difference? I think not...
- SpeedSteamBoat, on 11/10/2009, -17/+120"Unstable Limbaugh"
That's redundant. - theexitwound, on 11/09/2009, -19/+116So...Limbaugh is arguing that it's directly Obama's fault, and O'Reilly is arguing that the media is insane for insinuating that it's the war's fault, and therefore Obama's fault. O'Reilly's stating that the guy was just 'nuts'.
So...Which is it? Is it Obama's Fault or isn't it? Even the two loudest, right-wing talk show hosts can't come to the same conclusion. - WasabiBomb, on 11/10/2009, -6/+96Funny, 'cause we don't see Democrat leaders apologizing to Limbaugh. That's strictly a Republican thing. You must be so proud.
- sooner82, on 11/10/2009, -9/+96we can almost say that Glenn Beck raped and murdered a young girl in 1990.
- crcurran, on 11/09/2009, -21/+101According to Limbaugh,
he is irrelevant - directedition, on 11/10/2009, -1/+77*****! I burned my toast. Damn you Obama!
- staticneuron, on 11/10/2009, -8/+77It is illegal because it is based off of lie.
Headline states
"- In a major victory for the White House, the Senate early Friday voted 77-23 to authorize President Bush to attack Iraq if Saddam Hussein refuses to give up weapons of mass destruction as required by U.N. resolutions."
Fact: There were no WMD's found in iraq.
Fact: The reasons for going to war was false
Fact: Since Saddam didn't have the weapons, then he couldn't have given them up.
Fact: Because permission was conditional, war with iraq was not legal. - Junkyarddawg, on 11/09/2009, -13/+80@kward711: the economic recovery.
- GusterBear, on 11/10/2009, -4/+71The presence of weasel words is nothing more than a way to lie without "lying." Because: We could almost say that Limbaugh is trying to develop nuclear weapons.
- pintomp3, on 11/10/2009, -2/+67You could almost say Rush Limbaugh helped Glenn Beck rape and murder a young girl in 1990. The almost makes it true.
- geejaye, on 11/10/2009, -3/+56* Bush takes office, 2001
* DC, Maryland, Virginia: 10 people killed by sniper (while imprisoned, the killer wrote a number of erratic diatribes about what he termed "jihad" against the United States)
* Brookfield, Wis: 2005: 7 members of killer's congregation killed
* Nickel Mines, Pa: 2006: 5 killed by milk driver in one-room Amish schoolhouse
* Virginia Tech: 2007 - 32 killed
* Northern Illinois University: 2008 - 5 killed
This type of violence is not dependent on a president. America is simply near the top of the list in the number of murders by gun per capita by country. See:
http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/cri_mur_wit_fir- ... - FairDinkumMate, on 11/10/2009, -1/+53@Ravage172 - Do you know of Obama receiving & ignoring intelligence that this attack was likely to happen? If so, bring it on. If not, then the 9/11 comparison is a blatantly different thing.
- 11oops, on 11/10/2009, -7/+58We could almost say that spankaccount is a closeted homosexual because he may enjoy inserting bowling pins and traffic cones in his ass.
- wampalord, on 11/10/2009, -3/+52Employment is a lagging indicator
- daslord5, on 11/10/2009, -3/+49What's the difference?
- genjiworks, on 11/10/2009, -5/+50Because 'teabaggers' seem to like big swollen nuts, especially the ones right in front of their face. Gabble gobble!
- QuietusMaximus, on 11/10/2009, -2/+46And he still hasn't denied it. Weird.
- dcbull21, on 11/10/2009, -1/+45because we'd like to try to leave some stability?
- ClosedCaption, on 11/10/2009, -4/+48Obama Derangement Syndrome
And the comparison between this and 9/11 is dumb to say the least. Did Obama get a security briefing stating that this guy wanted to shoot up Fort Hood? No.
Did Bush get a briefing that terrorist wanted to bomb the WTC? Yes.
What could Obama have done to prevent this? Nothing because he did not know about it
What could Bush have done to prevent 9/11? Cancelled Vacation and discussed options to ATTEMPT to prevent it
See the difference? Bush knew and Obama didnt know...pretty simple - diggit83, on 11/10/2009, -7/+50@tiger
Buried for grouping Bill Maher with those scumbags, have you ever watched Bill Maher? - MWeather, on 11/10/2009, -1/+44Can I interest you in a newspaper? There's a great story about John Allan Mohammed.
- 11oops, on 11/10/2009, -0/+41aadyss... sorry, but unlike your party we don't have a grand overseer that we have to apologize to whenever we say something he may disagree with. Now, if I were GOP and accidentally made a comment that might further my party into the 19th century I would have to issue a public apology to Limbaugh -- glad I'm not in that 'club'.
Oh, and FYI... In no way was my comment anti-gay. I support his right to put whatever he wants in his ass, and if he finds a like minded consenting individual I support their right to do whatever they want to do in their own home. I also support their right to marry and enjoy the same rights and privileges as all straight people enjoy. Now, how anti-anti-gay is your party, what with their votes to deny gays their civil rights? - DrVic, on 11/10/2009, -3/+43Wow, you're dumb as *****.
- Elranzer, on 11/10/2009, -3/+42Hey Charlotte web:
January 2001: Bush takes office
Less than 9 months into Bush's administration: Major successful terrorist attack on US soil
Drawn your own conclusions.
(By the way, I hope you SERIOUSLY were not comparing this event to the 9/11 attacks. You're not THAT stupid, are you? Should I bother asking?) - zsavior, on 11/10/2009, -14/+52But when that Census taker was hung and fed, sprayed against, his chest not one of those nut job media whores would take responsibility. Mean while Michelle Bachman likened the Census to Japanese Internment camp round ups. Rush, O Reily, Hannity, Beck, they will say anything for attention who dies and who lives means nothing to them as long as somebody is listening.
- MartiniD, on 11/10/2009, -3/+41Wow you know what's funny? In my home state of Virginia a man named John Allan Mohammad will be executed tonight at 9:00PM for going on a killing spree in the Fall of 2002 in which 10 people died... Mohammad, Mohammad?.... must be Norwegian.
You are incredibly ***** dumb. - Rantus, on 11/10/2009, -16/+53Rush Limbaugh is the worst kind of lying bottom-feeder. He's been paid $400 million dollars to say ***** like this? What a scumbag.
- Propethic, on 11/10/2009, -1/+38So where did we find the WMD's?
- seltaeb4, on 11/10/2009, -2/+37But... but... there was brush to clear down at the ranch in Texas! Do you know how many terrorists could have been hiding out there in the Texas sagebrush? Enough to pull off 300 9/11s!
- bsmang, on 11/10/2009, -10/+45lol. Nothing like dropping a hit of acid in the morning, eh?
- GusterBear, on 11/10/2009, -6/+41We could try to explain it to you, but it would be a waste of breath... and keystrokes.
- Gonthim, on 11/10/2009, -0/+34As far as I know we never found any evidence that he still had WMDs. Am I wrong?
The Kurds and Iranians were years ago. Saying he had WMDs then does nothing to prove he had WMDs when we attacked him in 2002.
I believe the reason he didn't want to tell people he was a powerless little blustering fool was because he would have been overthrown in a coup or attacked. Iran still hated him for the war with them.
It's possible I'm wrong. Maybe he did have a cache of weapons that he managed to hide from us and transport into Syria or something. Since there is zero evidence to back this up I'm choosing to go with the theory that he didn't have anything. - WasabiBomb, on 11/10/2009, -4/+38@thinkb4utype- "What recovery?"
The DOW is looking a lot better these days. - untreadatom, on 11/10/2009, -3/+36Retarded.
- gizmo12688, on 11/10/2009, -7/+40Not jealous, just fearful of how many people actually listen to this crazy *****.
- pandawa, on 11/10/2009, -8/+39I for one think it is appalling and disgusting what Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh did to that poor girl in 1990.
- TheNik, on 11/10/2009, -4/+35@elcalrissian:
It's because we don't bomb cities in our own country. We do, however, destroy the lives of thousands of people in those far-away nations you don't give a ***** about. Isn't it quite possible you've been apologizing to the wrong people? - Acebaker, on 11/10/2009, -1/+32You'd shoot someone for calling you a name? I'm really glad you, of all people, own a firearm.
- Moralogic, on 11/10/2009, -5/+36There is a reason Diggers don't come up with new stuff, it is because we don't make up our stuff like the right does. We actually stick to facts and logic. (and a little humor)
- Paranor01, on 11/10/2009, -1/+31Ravage172 = DavidNiven? Or are they just pulling from the same ID10T barrel?
- Coffeedemon, on 11/10/2009, -0/+30Would you prefer Internet Tough Guy or Knuckle-dragger?
