- dawn4598, on 01/23/2008, -0/+31. If you are on a jury, ask for the federal law requiring you to pay a federal income tax. If they cannot provide it (they can't) then you can not find them guilty. You can make a difference. 2. Vote for Ron Paul and let him remove the irs and the fed.
- dawn4598, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1If there is no law requiring him to pay a tax, then what is he guilty of? Besides, he is dead. I don't think they will get too much out of the poor guy.
- inactive, on 01/22/2008, -3/+4Some of this stuff seems pretty hard to believe, unless one qualifies the overall culprit to be the god of this World, Lucifer / Satan, in his final quest to pull the world into his total control. The players in these acts of evil, no matter who they are, have their alegiance to Satan. We know there are clubs and fraternities that are pledged to Illumination and servanthood to Lucifer. The Advent of Anti Christ seems to be manifesting all around us. We do need to look unto the coming King of Kings.
- rabidmonkey1, on 01/22/2008, -2/+3This is a really good movie to begin to understand the way money has been working in the US, and the difference between how it is now and how the founders intended it, as well as seeing the consequences we are facing because of this poor fiat currency and the lie that is the Federal Reserve/IRS.
P.S. - Watch Freedom to Fascism, then join in the Great American Strike on April 15th (Tax day - aka Theft day) Video for more information - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5LcdqpgTho - N3tw0rk, on 01/23/2008, -1/+2http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-165688030 ...
mirror - thejwac, on 01/22/2008, -2/+3An excellent documentary that clearly states how the Federal Reserve operates and what is done with our income tax.
- pehpsi, on 01/22/2008, -2/+3The answer is; Fascism.
- someguyouknow, on 01/23/2008, -1/+2I just watched this today and it made me furious but I feel like there is nothing I can do.
- rabidmonkey1, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1No, but we're quickly headed for it. That's the point.
- swaddict, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1that does not make the points any less valid

From what I have just read(glossed over really), the criticisms are only about the quotes used in the movie. Nothing at all to do with the problem at hand. - dawn4598, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1I bought the DVD. http://www.freedomtofascism.com/downloads/dvd.php

"An investigation by Tax Analysts found that Russo's tax troubles might not just be in his past. Tax Analysts uncovered numerous open state andfederal tax liens tied to Russo from as far back as over a decade ago. They include: (Text continued on p. 531.)
* 2005 IRS liens against a California address for $1.1 million and $685,000;
* a 1995 IRS lien filed against an address in French Polynesia for $1.4 million;
* a 2005 IRS lien against a Nevada address for nearly $360,000;
* 1994 liens by the state of California for $128,000 and $132,000; and
* a 1992 lien by the state of New York for $116,000.
If Russo is indeed in hot water with the tax collector, he doesn't seem too concerned. When told about Tax Analysts' findings, Russo was relatively blasé. He claimed to have no knowledge of the IRS liens. He also denied ever having had any difficulties with any state tax authorities."
Convenient to run up millions of dollars in IRS liens against your properties and then produce a film about the whole system being illegal. - Schwaggy, on 01/23/2008, -1/+1I actually received a copy of this in the mail today.
- notmike721, on 01/22/2008, -5/+5Just go to the wikipedia page on this movie and you can read how rediculous it is. They have so many quotes either blatantly distorted or taken out of context the film can't be taken seriously.
re: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America:_From_Freedom ...
best example: The film displays a quote: "We can't be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans." Bill Clinton, March 11, 1993
What Clinton actually said (on March 1, 1993) was: We can't be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans to legitimately own handguns and rifles—it's something I strongly support—we can't be so fixated on that that we are unable to think about the reality of life that millions of Americans face on streets that are unsafe, under conditions that no other nation—no other nations—has permitted to exist. - dukeeeey, on 01/23/2008, -1/+1if you want to understand how the system works

- inactive, on 01/23/2008, -10/+2Well if what we currently have is "fascism" then I'm okay with it. I like our current system.
