- arch3r, on 06/16/2008, -7/+65Wow. That is very brave of him. Supporting the candidate of his party. My hat is off to him for taking a side and a stance like that. Would have meant a lot more if he had openly supported Obama before the primaries were over. Even Clinton has publicly supported Obama by this point in time. Al Gore, a democratic, is supporting the Democratic candidate. Sorry, this is not news worthy. Bury.
- ShooterMcGavin, on 06/16/2008, -0/+54I am not amazement.

- robdiggity, on 06/16/2008, -5/+24He's thooper therial.
- SpencerMc, on 06/16/2008, -10/+27Ok, I'm going to get buried for saying anything disparaging against South Park, but that episode was awful and caused me to lose a good bit of respect for Parker and Stone. Manbearpig was an obvious analogue for global climate change, and the insinuation of the episode was that it was ridiculous make-believe and only believed by the gullible and stupid. Think what you will of Al Gore and his Inconvenient Truth movie, but the vast majority of scientists agree that global climate change is real.
And there's a lot of times I can disagree with the message of a South Park episode and still enjoy it for comedic value (The one about Starbucks, for example) , but this one was simply mean spirited and not very funny.
Alright, commence to shoveling. - Troy64, on 06/16/2008, -4/+21He invented the endorsement.
- jandor, on 06/16/2008, -15/+31Obama/Gore ticket would be better.
- funknwankles, on 06/16/2008, -9/+24I invented Barack Obama.
- megagram, on 06/16/2008, -6/+20"From now through Election Day, Al gore will intend to do whatever he can to make sure he is elected President of the United States."
So Al Gore's finally decided to run again!? Ohhh, wait a second... - eyepennies, on 06/16/2008, -2/+16it's a witch! burn her!
- accessviolation, on 06/16/2008, -3/+16Nah, he got the joke. Not to be a buzzkill, but what he meant was this:
verb: endorse noun: endorsement
verb: oppose noun: opposition
So if you want to maintain parallelism, you would use the actual noun form. That being said, "opposement" is way the hell funnier. - diggproof, on 06/16/2008, -3/+16I believement that you missed the joke.
