Agency skips Congress in bid to block birth control access

oregonlive.com — WASHINGTON -- Twenty-eight U.S. senators, including Ron Wyden, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, urged the Bush administration Wednesday to kill a proposed regulation that they say could cut off federal money to hospitals and other health care providers that offer commonly used contraceptives.
