Acquital: US Justice Dept. Continues to Fail Prosecution of Terror Cases
washingtonpost.com — Two men were acquitted yesterday of charges that they were part of a long-running conspiracy to finance Hamas activities in Israel -- marking the latest defeat for the Justice Department in cases involving support for radical Palestinian groups. But the two men were found guilty of lesser, non-terrorism related, charges.
