There is a "plague and leprosy quarter" of Teheran. If the partner were to catch leprosy or break out in sores because of sex with someone from countries that are medically underdeveloped, $4200 wouldn't be enough. You used to have to get hepatitis shots, cholera, and yellow fever injections before going to South Africa or India. Iran is off limits for Americans. So even though you can go to India without the innoculations now, prostitution is still against the law in South Aftrica. Catch AIDS if you want to but you won't catch me!
