- benintn, on 06/20/2008, -11/+69In reality, all that Obama ever said was that he agreed to "aggresively pursue" an agreement with the Republican challenger. He did. Unfortunately, by the time the primary was over for the Democrats, the Republican challenger had already started running ads for the general election. The Republican challenger had also failed to stop the RNC from running attack ads. The DNC was running attack ads on the Republican challenger. And 527s had already gotten involved. Unfortunately, a lot of this could have been avoided if Hillary Clinton would have dropped out after March 4 when it was basically over.
- marytnurse, on 06/20/2008, -14/+64i just wanna know how to contact her; time to flood her inbox!!! liar liar pants afire!!!
- Dumbledorito, on 06/20/2008, -3/+45Is it me, or has AP kind of gone nuts lately? I used to think they were just a clearing house that fed news summaries to teletype machines (or the computerized equivalent).
- PeoplesChoice, on 06/20/2008, -20/+62The Economic Advantage of ANWR Drilling is a mere $0.02 a Gallon in 2025.

- buddhistMonkey, on 06/20/2008, -1/+33Anyone else notice that "Sidoti" is an anagram for "idiots?"
- rapcrap187, on 06/20/2008, -5/+29erm... when did she call him osama, I listened to it twice but still couldnt catch it. All I saw was Mccain acting like a little kid in the donut shop "Oh! With Sprinkles!"
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -11/+35Mccain is out of date with this country and having him as a president would be a mockery.
- bluechips23, on 06/20/2008, -7/+26McCain can only get the donuts but when the time comes Obama will get the White House.
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -10/+28McCain has been getting a free pass from the press so far. It's time they start calling out the Gimp on his many lies.
- goodnrg, on 06/20/2008, -7/+24I wonder if she was involved with the hiring of Nedra Pickler, another AP reporter with a Republican/Conservative agenda. Read "Scrutiny and Criticism" in her Wikipedia entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nedra_Pickler.
- Rodalli, on 06/20/2008, -4/+21Would you like a BJ to go with those doughnuts and coffee, Mr. McCain?
- emehrkay, on 06/20/2008, -2/+15Funny that the doughnuts came from fear-mongering Dunkin' Donuts
- Temo1, on 06/20/2008, -5/+17Wow. Just wow. Read the ***** article she wrote:
http://www.time.com/time/politics/article/0,8599,1 ...
She attacks both candidates for not sticking to their words. Some quotes:
"Obama, a record-shattering fundraiser, reversed course Thursday and decided to forgo some $85 million so he could raise unlimited amounts of money and spend as much as he wants."
"Not that the Arizona senator has much room to talk. He, too, has cast himself as a reformer who tells it like it is but his words and actions sometimes conflict with that identity."
This article is the epitome of fair and balanced writing. I just don't get what we're all supposed to be mad about here. - inactive, on 06/20/2008, -10/+21AP -- nothing but a bunch of left-wing, liberal ... Oh, wait. I mean ... Oh, never mind.
- ezrastiles, on 06/20/2008, -3/+13probably first initial then last name then ap then org
- PinkFloyd2003, on 06/20/2008, -0/+9But I mean, come on... who DOESN'T like doughnuts with sprinkles?
- SemiSarcastic, on 06/20/2008, -2/+9BuddhistMonkey please report to the front desk for your 100 internets sir.
- nydwarf, on 06/20/2008, -1/+8What a bunch of Bull it is to criticize Obama for not taking public money. For once the Democrat is going to have the upper hand monetarily so McCain's just gonna have to suck on it!
- FredFredrickson, on 06/20/2008, -2/+9Out for himself? What's he going to do when he wins the presidency, just hole up and declare himself the winner?
What a stupid thing to say - after all, we're all out for ourselves in some way, aren't we? Nobody is completely selfless. - briankoenig03, on 06/20/2008, -1/+8The "hit piece" was in response to Obama announcing that he was not accepting the $81 million in public financing and instead was relying on small donors.
- JHB800, on 06/20/2008, -1/+8Except they don't, and haven't for a long time. The AP has consistently leaned left since George bush took office. Just check out any of their stories concerning economics or the election; every single one shows a left-leaning bias and at least one jab at the republican party. (while taking no issue with the actions democrats have taken)
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -12/+19Geez, now we know what McCain's orgasm sounds like. Blegh.
- jackmon, on 06/20/2008, -0/+7She didn't. *The head of the Associated Press* did.
- iPirate, on 06/20/2008, -6/+12I remember Rachel Maddow talking about this back in April.
- FredFredrickson, on 06/20/2008, -2/+8A candidate's gaffs are quite a bit different than the head of the AP being completely biased and rude.
- monkeyrun, on 06/20/2008, -3/+9Yup it's all Clinton's fault. lol
- defectDS, on 06/20/2008, -0/+6Haha. That was cute. But still not as cute as this picture of Obama:
http://www.timshundo.com/dpud/uploads/baracknomnom ...
I've never set an image smaller than 1440x900 as my desktop background before I saw it. :D - Dibou, on 06/20/2008, -1/+6Did you just seriously ask for an example of pro-Obama bias by Keith O?!?! Watch ANY FRICKEN show of the guy that mentions Obama!
What do they teach kids these days in school? - relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -1/+6Look at gramps go nuts over those doughnuts!
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -1/+6You really think that we didn't see you? Who else should we think is posting all those "Obama Osama" and "Check out Obama's gaffs" messages on Digg?
- gamekid, on 06/20/2008, -0/+5He's not "the Gimp" anymore!
His official moniker is "GOP Image Manipulation Program". - inactive, on 06/20/2008, -3/+8Especially when you consider that what he's saying has all the ridiculousness of "Please provide evidence that Rush Limbaugh shows a biased against the left".
- ThomasMifflin, on 06/21/2008, -0/+5Actually .. I think it is Liz.Sidoti@ap.org don't forget the period between first and last name.
- derek20cali, on 06/20/2008, -0/+4*we
- SemiSarcastic, on 06/20/2008, -0/+4*snickers* and you and McCain are not? McCain and Bush would like to see 3000 more body bags return home before Obama as long as one of them got the presidency.
- SemiSarcastic, on 06/20/2008, -2/+6Why vote for him? Why do it? You're 33, you might have kids, a job, a lady you love...and you want to throw it all away? Can you not empathize with your own children and their plead to reverse what has been wronged, even if they're too young to completely understand it?
...
Wait a minute...you want us all dead don't you? - darksideownedu, on 06/21/2008, -0/+4I, for one, am ***** sick of being called a "socialist" or being accused of "loving terrorists" or being asked "you want to turn us over to the terrorists?". I'm tired of being called a traitor or unpatriotic because I would like to keep my civil liberties, I would like to see the Bill of Roghts to be upheld for EVERYONE, I'd like to have a President who respects not only the Constitution but also the ***** citizens of this country, and I'd like to be confident in the future of our country once again - thank you very much. Those are the issues I want to talk about. You get back to me when you have any substance with which to confront me.
- FairDinkumMate, on 06/20/2008, -12/+16Of course you don't. The only 'logic' applied by you to any article is in your name, never in your comments.
'Logic' would imply that rather than complain about "Keith Olbermann praising Obama daily while attacking McCain" you would provide examples(such as those provided in the article you are commenting on) of actual bias in Olbermann's reporting. Why didn't you? I would guess(based on your comment history) that it's because applying 'logic' to the articles you post your comments on wouldn't help to support your pre-determined position. - inactive, on 06/20/2008, -1/+5The only people who link Obama and the Messiah are all on the far right.
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -8/+12Watch Olbermann's show, watch his rants. Holy *****, there are hundreds of examples submitted to DIgg.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/
There, example provided. If you can watch 2 or 3 episodes of Olbermann's show and you don't see bais, then you lack the ability to think objectively, or you simply prefer to subscribe to the same bias. - UtopiaInTheSky, on 06/20/2008, -3/+7McCain, a true professional. Oh boy, sprinkles!
- defectDS, on 06/20/2008, -0/+4"Oh yes, why thank you. Butter and Jam would go great with these. Let's see if you got the right kind; I'm very discrimi... Oh yes! Strawberry! Mmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm!"
- masterm1nd, on 06/20/2008, -1/+5You guys are morons if you really need an example of Olbermann or don't think it goes both ways. Hint, look at the website you're on.
- akamurph, on 06/20/2008, -0/+4um, because you are?
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -3/+7"Olbermann has certainly run some biased segments. Are they daily? No. Are they always attacks on McCain?"
Olbermann has certainly run some biased segments. Yes. Are they daily? Yes. Are they always attacks on McCain? They are always attacks on McCain, Bush, Cheny, Condoleza Rice, the Republican Party, etc. They are never praising of anything Republican. To say otherwise is to be a liar and or deluded.
I find Digg to be the same way....show me ten articles in the last year that hit the front page that praised McCain, Bush, Cheny, Condoleza Rice, the Republican Party and I will give you ten million US dollars. You can't do it. Digg is a also a socialist, liberal hangout. - shortyjacobs, on 06/20/2008, -1/+4Say it once, that's fine.
Say it twice, that's OK.
Say it three times, you're a ***** idiot. - inactive, on 06/20/2008, -4/+7The Economic Advantage of doing nothing is a mere $0.00 a gallon in 2025.
- vidaliasweet, on 06/20/2008, -3/+6Liz Sidoti? Her last name is an anagram for idiots, and people take her seriously?
- inactive, on 06/20/2008, -2/+5No, I linked you to the Keith Olbermann section of MSNBC for you to have the ability of browsing his show episodes for yourself.
If you couldn't recognize that, then may I suggest a class teaching you how to use the internet.
In closing, go ***** a koala, mate. -
