- BowieX, on 10/10/2007, -28/+223An excellent video! Elegantly effective.
No wonder people believe this "Ronbot" poll spamming nonsense. I'm not a robot. Neither are the hordes of Paul ralliers who outcheer his colleagues.
But the media makes all of us disappear. - digger1942, on 10/10/2007, -11/+131I'm registering Republican just so I can vote for him in the primaries. Afterwards, I'll switch to Independent. If your state has closed primaries too, and you like Ron Paul but not the party, there's no shame in this. Play the system. Don't claim to be a supporter if you aren't going to do anything about it.
- ProfNo, on 10/10/2007, -15/+131At this point I should no longer be surprised and/or angered...but I am. The blatant dishonesty makes me want to hurl.
- Kewlduderules, on 10/10/2007, -11/+117The reality the MSM's are business entities and they are looking for their business interests. These other candidates are part of the establishment and support ABC.
Ron Paul is a threat because for one, he want to get rid of government sponsored programs, i.e., the world bank, imf, farm subsidizing, the FED, and the income tax.
What many of you don't realize is that because of globalization the American tax payer is paying for international loans given out by the world bank, imf, and supported by the FED securities, i.e., bonds and treasuries. At least 20% of these loans are never repaid. Moreover, these loans go to fund crooked activities in Africa and Southeast Asia, i.e., warfare. Well if they go default, guess who pays? We do.
As for the FED itself, the private banks are really in control of the FED to support their multinational special interests. Now we are seeing the effects of poor policy planning with Alan Greenspan. Can we say 'Housing Market Crash'. What the Fed really is a huge money making machine that supports the interests of the elite, corporations, power brokers in washington.
As for the income tax, if all our income tax does indeed go to pay the interest off the national debt, I say 'Screw that!' I did not want to go to War with Iraq, I did not want to give out default loans, I did not want to pay for abstinence programs, and I did not want to pay for the mess we are in with China and the rest of Southeast Asia. - Likkerish, on 10/10/2007, -13/+111Incredibly blatant propaganda at the end of this video, showing one lone Ron Paul supporter with an umbrella after a preceding photo of a bunch of jubilant Romney supporters. The first part of the YouTube video dramatically shows the video LIE.
This is the kind of unadulterated ABC crapola that I have grown to expect! They are in the same vein as the distorted reports by Brian Smith, I think his name is, regarding the recent London bombings.
I think ABC is are bucking for #1 on the you know what list. - eydaimon, on 10/10/2007, -15/+111well, this ronbot just emailed ABC and complained
- CannedMango, on 10/10/2007, -2/+72You don't have to be a Ron Paul supporter to see why this is wrong. Media distortion is getting to the point where we all need to stand up and condemn any media outlet that misrepresents the truth, whether it be about political candidates, the war in Iraq, crime statistics or any story that is reported in a dishonest way. We can never live in a free society where this sort of "news" is allowed to take place,
- DustarForgash, on 10/10/2007, -25/+88Go Dr. Paul. I hope some of the media gets their heads on straight and supports this man. I'd hate to see what what our nation ends up like if he doesn't get into office.
- erinogreen, on 10/10/2007, -12/+68Ron Paul said in an interview with Crapanopolis, he would take a vote from the overpaid puppet of the Elitists,
that he would win. I am a registered Republican and will vote for him in my state and try to influence others.
Our numbers are growing and they will be formidable if we all just get one more person interested in Ron Paul. - TheBogie, on 10/10/2007, -9/+59It is reprehensible for them to do this to Dr. Paul, especially in light of the fact that he is severely handicapped. He is clearly suffering from a severe case of elephantitis of the testicles. I'm surprised he doesn't have to push them around in a wheelbarrow.
- adnh, on 10/10/2007, -17/+64Totally unacceptable yet somehow I'm not surprised. This is akin to the NYTimes printing fake articles, Dan Rather and his GWB AirForce memo, and the LATimes printing fake pictures on their front page.
- Jeeum, on 10/10/2007, -7/+54I used ABC news's search feature to find "ron paul". Every single time his name is mentioned in an article, it is prefaced by the phrase "long-shot". They are really going out of their way it seems.
CBS news gives no results for "ron paul"! - jtopliff, on 10/10/2007, -5/+48AGHHGGHGHGHG!!!!!!!!!!!!! This ***** is driving me insane!!! I don't even know if I'll vote for Dr. Paul, but Jesus Christ what are you supposed to do when you can't get accurate news coverage. What the ***** is real anymore. How is someone who works a 9-5 supposed to do all this ***** research to find the truth and weed out all this ***** *****. Goddammit!!!
- Bundynomics, on 10/10/2007, -24/+65I think the anti-Ron Paul (anti-Constitution) activists are losing steam, they can't keep up with all our posts.
- p0tent1al, on 10/10/2007, -5/+42Someone should really post a FAQ telling people exactly how to sign up for the Republican primaries, and give a resource as to where you can vote in your area.
- ElKabong61, on 10/10/2007, -10/+47Perhaps a boycott of ABC News sponsors would get the word out to them to be a little more "fair and balanced"? If this were seen as newsworthy, other networks could use it to make ABC look bogus. (Wish I had time to do this. Anyone?)
- RedKnightWins, on 10/10/2007, -4/+39If you haven't go to ABC.com, and click on the feedback link at the bottom of the page. Let them know what you think.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -5/+38Ron Paul is our chance to get this country back into the hands of the people.
- pkonink, on 10/10/2007, -6/+38I have never in my life voted for a Republican, but more and more I believe Ron Paul will be my first. He's a REAL Republican - not the corrupt, pandering powermongers that have become typical to that party over the past hundred years.
- kingrooster, on 10/10/2007, -4/+35Why oh why did we not listen to the man below?
I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. -Thomas Jefferson, Letter to the Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin (1802) - Rsardinia, on 10/10/2007, -5/+32Look at all the people holding up signs and chanting for Dr. Paul, and the mitt romney signs just laying on the ground. Then of course in the pictures they show lots of people holding the romney signs and all the Dr. Paul supporters morph into one man with an umbrella.
Is that a metaphor? I'm not an english major but that seems like a metaphor of some sort that they are trying to keep Ron Paul supporters hidden under the umbrella of Mass Media coverage or something of that nature. I don't know but either way thats lame that they would do that kinda crap. - Bamborzled, on 10/10/2007, -7/+34I love how you say anti-Ron Paul supporters are against the Constitution, and absolutely nothing else. Or, to paraphrase you... "Either you're with us, or you're with the anti-constitutionists". Bury me, you know it's true.
- p0tent1al, on 10/10/2007, -4/+29He said one of his priorities is abolishing the IRS. Do people not do any research? And him not being able to decide anything? That is laughable! He consistently votes the same way, he voted against the war in IRAQ, and each year he drafts bills to abolish the Federal Reserve, which no one has the balls to do, which if abolished will give us our country back.
- nihilite, on 10/10/2007, -5/+30I am very pro-choice, but i am voting for ron paul. single issue voters are really missing the point of what a democracy is.
- 10001110101, on 10/10/2007, -6/+30Is it just me, or does it sound like they're saying "Say yes to Dr. No" ? Why would I vote for a Bond villain?
- Neiby, on 10/10/2007, -3/+27If you don't think that Ron Paul is clear about his beliefs and philosophy then you haven't been paying any attention.
- Akaji, on 10/10/2007, -9/+32Thanks, Stephanopolous. Where's your crystal ball again?

Not only did they intentionally make it seem like there were very few ron paul supporters, they took a picture of a guy that looks like he could be retarded. If you look closely at his teeth you will notice he doesn't have a normal smile. Plus if you look at the close-up of each candidate they are either smiling or showing some sort of emotion. It looks like they handpicked the worst possible close-up of Ron Paul in the entire debate. Come on ABC, this is really low. Are you guys feeling desperate? - Ulisses, on 10/10/2007, -21/+44How many times?
- joel2600, on 10/10/2007, -1/+22I enjoyed the coverage of the Iowa debate on ABC where the question of healthcare came up, and they neglected to ask the only medical doctor actually participating in the debate. That's like asking the people at McDonald's how to do my taxes.
- nihilite, on 10/10/2007, -5/+25you're not alone. i am a long time liberal (social liberal, fiscal conservative), this will be my first time casting a republican vote. And I have NEVER felt so certain about voting for any candidate before!
- Murdats, on 10/10/2007, -5/+25here it is
"RON PAUL"
"RON PAUL"

"RON PAUL" - EricMiIIer, on 07/10/2009, -2/+22Welcome to the Revolution.
- uselessexpert, on 10/10/2007, -3/+23That's why I never believe a story a first time around. I like to research a few websites first before I make a choise or decision.
Mainstream media is controlled, period! Wether its CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC...etc....
They all have their own interests, and we all know where ABC's are... - NnyCW, on 10/10/2007, -3/+21Indeed, I've never voted in any past primaries, elections or what have you, but I'm a Republican just as long as it takes for Ron Paul to get my vote.
But of course, I don't have a land line, I'm on the internet, and I don't have a voting history or long standing in a party...so I don't count. - p0tent1al, on 10/10/2007, -11/+28Ron Paul is a threat to you because you can't imagine a world without restrictions, and who takes taxes from you and gives you these free programs (That have to be paid for somehow).
I keep hearing the same damn arguments against Ron Paul and it really pisses me off because it shows how little research you have done about the guy. Please, before you make rash decisions about this guy based on something you didn't like to hear from him, get educated. He doesn't sidestep around questions and he takes really hard questions and answers them better than you could of ever thought he would.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCM_wQy4YVg - reaganluver, on 10/10/2007, -5/+22hmmm is this because you believe the election has already been bought and paid for, or that he's not actually the strongest candidate out?
- Timetheos, on 10/10/2007, -5/+21Haven't you figured out yet that the media has a CONSERVATIVE, CORPORATE bias?
Libertarians and Liberals are not going to find support in the MSM. - p0tent1al, on 10/10/2007, -6/+22Direct Link
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoeoc-E9DXk - jmknsd, on 10/10/2007, -4/+19Aww, dugg down.
Guess I'm not as witty as I thought. - wholly2b, on 10/10/2007, -3/+17hahaha! rock on, man!
- p0tent1al, on 10/10/2007, -5/+19Watch the video, he answers the question on Abortion perfectly. I hate abortion just as much as the next person, but you need to listen to this guy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCM_wQy4YVg - nunzi, on 10/10/2007, -2/+16I'm with you here. I've already told my family and friends that I (a lifelong libertarian who was raised by democrat parents) will be registering Republican for the next primary, for the sole purpose of voting for Ron. After that I'm back to Libertarian (or Independent, I haven't decided which yet). The fun part is explaining to all your 'liberal' friends exactly why you're going over to the "dark side". I've already converted a few :)
- bishopknight, on 10/10/2007, -4/+17Look at this ABC GOP rep caucus PDF, Ron paul isnt even shown on it?????
http://abcnews.go.com/images/US/1042a2IARepCaucus.pdf
Wow, just wow - MarkOfTheDead, on 10/10/2007, -2/+15if you're gunna spew, spew into this.
- XBSHX, on 10/18/2007, -1/+13hahahaha Anarchists? He's for supporting what the constitution says... How is that Anarchy?
- Sukrillux, on 10/10/2007, -0/+12Plus in some states such as mine, you don't have to be registered to a certain party to vote in the primaries. That's how it should be in all states really. Don't vote for the party. Vote for the person! (All Ron Paul supporters have already figured this out though.)
- FarEastKilla, on 10/10/2007, -4/+16people need to stop watching the idiot box, guess what China uses to control their "sheeps".....state control TV! We just have corporate control TV, so everything they promote must be for the benefit of the people....HA!

LET THEM KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. If nobody speaks out, they'll keep this ***** up. In the worst case scenario, they'll publicly acknowledge that "Ron Paul supporters" were complaining -- and even that acknowledgment can help. - LeeJunFan, on 10/10/2007, -9/+21What the F!@# is it going to take to get people in this country to stand up and do something?!?! What a bunch of lazy *****, it's no wonder our country is being stolen by NeoCon's - it's like taking candy from a baby! Only you don't even !@#^ing cry about it!

Spying - Fine with that
Media trying to choose the next president - sure, that's great too!
C'mon people - wake the !@$# up and get involved! Call people and bitch! Call congress, write letters, write letters to news networks and THEIR ADVERTIZERS, donate money to Ron Paul's campaign to save the constitution before Bush flushes it down the toilet! -
