- surfviper, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Something to ALWAYS remember when you hear reports of Pakistan... their intelligence agency was created by the CIA and the CIA still has veto power over the appointment of the Pakistani intelligence Director. The U.S. likes to portray Pakistan as an independent agent, but Pakistan is effectively owned and operated by the CIA.
