reviewjournal.com — The LIB wing of the Supreme Court found that C02 is a pollutant and should be regulated by the EPA. I was going to write some emotional comment about humans and carbonated beverages emitting C02, but I'd rather focus upon our government. We are too heavily regulated, taxed and enslaved and our government is happy to tell us to go pound sand.
