The list goes on and on...
Meanwhile...The Obama advocates in the mainstream media continue to ignore this stuff completely and instead remind us over and over about Troopergate and that voting for McCain is racist. Huffington Post = NBC CBS ABC PBS NYT WASH POST AP REUTERS - inactive, on 10/12/2008, -5/+34Now this is rather shocking, coming from the Sun Sentinel of all places, hardly a favorite for honest or fair reporting. I'd like to see some Democrat outrage about how the vote is being corrupted by these folks. Cue the silence in 3,2,1, followed up by bleats about "Republicans doing voter purges".
- EZLA, on 10/13/2008, -3/+23Do Something about it:
Email the Department of Justice and demand a federal investigation of ACORN, If they receive enough emails to flood their site maybe a federal investigation will finally cause the demise of ACORN. Then we'll have to watch for the Democratic reincarnation of their pet organization, - inactive, on 10/13/2008, -7/+22I'm sure Obama condemns this fraud -- but will still take the votes.
- dw4prez, on 10/13/2008, -2/+16criminals in Florida, illegals in New Mexico, and fake absentee in Ohio. If Obama wins, he only one by cheating. But that is the liberal way.
- inactive, on 10/12/2008, -6/+19It would be hilarious if these j`birds all voted f/Sarah, she of the recently popular "pin-up gal" status.
- btschul, on 10/13/2008, -6/+17No doubt registered by Obama's buddies over at ACORN.
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -2/+11Obama paid $800,000 to ACORN to perpetrate this fraud.
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -4/+11Similar - or greater - margins hold true among welfare parasites and illegal aliens.
- knucklebusted, on 10/13/2008, -3/+10Yes, they are already used to living under the handout plan with a government provided "apartment" to live in.
- professor357, on 10/13/2008, -1/+7ACORN targets felons, the homeless, welfare recipients [in the welfare offices, no less], and blacks. Are they interested in bipartisan voter registrations? Heck, no. They are taking public money for "bipartisan" voter registration, then providing the country with voters predisposed to vote for Obama. That sounds like a felony for misuse of public funds.
- isamuelson, on 10/13/2008, -1/+7Zelig, the reason Condi Rice is vilified is because she's a Republican. If she was a Democrat, they'd be praising her left and right.
For example, if you're rich and your a Conservative, you're a mean, greedy person. If you're a Liberal, then you're a successful person.
There's more double standards like this, such as if you're smart and have a PhD. If you're a Conservative, then you're a snob. If you're Liberal, then you've worked hard and pulled yourself up from the bottom.
Beginning to see a pattern here? It's amazing how Liberals consider themselves "elite", which is more snobbish than anything. Hypocrites. - skmckinny, on 10/13/2008, -1/+7Socialism is not (easily) reversible. See how Russia is suffering it. Please take note.
- Charlotte_Web, on 10/13/2008, -0/+5Dude, nobody's gonna read all that... You need to at least give a title for each link.
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -2/+7The Democrats would hardly be outraged over these groups doing what the Democrats paid them to do.
- Ymeg, on 10/13/2008, -0/+4He never said that it did.
Nice straw man, though. - inactive, on 10/13/2008, -0/+4Do something about it:
If you see it happening, stop it by any and all means available. No DOJ investigation will be swift enough to save this election.
You're fighting for your country, damn it! Do something. - Charlotte_Web, on 10/13/2008, -4/+8@ rcook18
If you're referring to West Palm Beach, those election officials were all Democrats.
You fail. - IVillageIdiot, on 10/13/2008, -5/+8The Republicans often oppose these forays into insight as if they are Rotary Club brunches where we'll have to look them in the eye next weekend.
The Communist are busy training their kids at college to throw Molotov cocktails, hack e-mail accounts and websites, and foment riots at any gathering that isn't the Dem party or beholden to them....
YOU GUYS BETTER WAKE UP....!!!!!
They're going to steal this one because they can and because we are going to let them.
ATM VOTING, NOW!!!
The banks would be wise to ask for a subsidy and lobby for employment of their network to collect votes before the rest of their operations are Nationalized now the GVT has their node under that test...
YOU GUYS BETTER WAKE UP....!!!!! - inactive, on 10/13/2008, -4/+7Uh, the Aryan nation hates the Jews.....Barack Obama is a Muslim (shut up yes he is) who will be most likely to screw Israel.....therefore, the Aryan Nation would be more likely to vote for Barack. It's actually a trend among the hate groups worldwide, you should check it out.
- zelig, on 10/13/2008, -3/+6I remember specifically Obama telling his supporters to "get in the face" of Republicans. Of course there are racists in both parties. But for the press to start pointing to McCain supporters and calling them racist tells me two things: The press are mostly Democrat ( roughly 87%) and that they are using the written word and television to get their candidate elected. Have you seen the vitriol leveled against Republicans here on digg and elsewhere? Have you seen the film about Bush 's "assassination" or the myriad films, newspapers, television stories put forth by the MSM and others in the Democrat party to tarnish the GOP?
Not agreeing with, and not voting or intending to vote for a black man does not in itself make that voter prejudice against the whole race. If Obama was a Republican and shared their ideology, I am quite sure he would get the GOP vote.
And BTW, yes, a black man in the Presidential race is very good- but where's all that praise for Condi Rice? She has be vilified and called "a female Uncle Tom" and worse. She is the first African American Secretary of State in History!! But the left hates her!! Care to reply? - zelig, on 10/13/2008, -0/+3Links to huffingtonpost, dailykos and crooksandliars always impress me.
- primaldefense, on 10/13/2008, -1/+4This article has been a big help for me to show that yes both sides do have voter fraud occuring but in the majority of press releases and news articles on these occurences, Democrats always outnumber Republicans in the number of Illegal votes.
- dialup56k, on 10/13/2008, -0/+3it's the shawshank election!
- randf, on 10/13/2008, -0/+3speaking of inconvenient truths...there was a recount after the fact that disproves the "stolen election" urban legend, carried out by the media--hardly Republican/Bush fans:
After the election, USA Today, The Miami Herald, and Knight Ridder commissioned accounting firm BDO Seidman to count undervotes, that is, ballots which did not register any vote when counted by machine. BDO Seidman's results, reported in USA Today, show that under the strictest standard, where only a cleanly punched ballot with a fully removed chad was counted, Gore won by three votes.[20] Under all other standards, Bush won, with Bush's margin increasing as looser standards were used. The standards considered by BDO Seidman were:
* Lenient standard. Any alteration in a chad, ranging from a dimple to a full punch, counts as a vote. By this standard, Bush won by 1,665 votes.
* Palm Beach standard. A dimple is counted as a vote if other races on the same ballot show dimples as well. By this standard, Bush won by 884 votes.
* Two-corner standard. A chad with two or more corners removed is counted as a vote. This is the most common standard in use. By this standard, Bush won by 363 votes.
* Strict standard. Only a fully removed chad counts as a vote. By this standard, Gore won by 3 votes.
only in one potential methodology did gore win. stolen election...puh-leeze... - exgop, on 10/13/2008, -1/+3Your ***** stupid, they lose their privilege to vote. Voting is not a right its a privilege.
- photonics, on 10/13/2008, -1/+3whats sad about this isn't really the fact that the election staff aren't able to properly enforce these laws but that the US, supposedly the leader of the free world, doesn't even have universal suffrage
- Darren07, on 10/13/2008, -4/+6Most of them will vote Obama, so why is this a problem on a site like Digg?
- Rotzooi, on 10/13/2008, -0/+2"shut up yes he is" - oh well, that's convincing. But then again, you religious nutjobs will believe anything.
- zelig, on 10/13/2008, -2/+4Please explain to me how the 2000 election was "stolen". From your comment my guess is you aren't aware of the details of this case.
- aadyss, on 10/13/2008, -1/+3Yada, Yada, Yada...stolen, racist...blah, blah, blah.....
If, as a white man I vote for McCain, I'm a racist. If, as a black man, I vote for Obama, I'm a visionary.
ACORN says the blame for fraudulent voter registrations is the fault of their workers...What?? I guess they don't believe in Truman's ...."the buck stops here." They use the childish age old.."it's not MY fault." - AmericanB4Black, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1@TruthinessHurts You and I have had a few conversations about things we're both passionate about and until now I thought you were making accusations out of ignorance. However, I see now that facts don't really matter to you. You are going to argue what you FEEL without any intellectual honesty whatsoever. It can't be more clear that ACORN is illegally registering voters with the intent to commit voter fraud. The fact that the election hasn't taken place yet is irrelevant. Their objective is obvious.
- btschul, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1Jesus, dude. Just take your meds and everything will be ok. I didn't say anything about VOTER fraud. This story is about how many people are REGISTERED to vote. It is a widely known fact that ACORN has committed massive voter REGISTRATION fraud.

Voting is a right though not a privilege. I don't think it says anywhere in the constitution that felons should not have the right to vote. Plus if a felon is out of jail that means that they have served their time and shouldn't be punished anymore, especially if that that punishment is loosing their right to vote.
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1Way to show you didn't bother to read the article.
- Ymeg, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1Disagree with palineffect's statement? Try this:
Uh, the Aryan nation hates the Jews.....Barack Obama is a Muslim (shut up they think he is) who will be most likely to screw Israel.....therefore, the Aryan Nation would be more likely to vote for Barack. It's actually a trend among the hate groups worldwide, you should check it out. - exgop, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1Go to Walmart they are having a sale on ammo
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -1/+2LOL
The pathetic cheerleaders for the GOP still can't figure it out.
Black people vote Dem because GOP policy sucks for them.
If the GOP actually made life better for these people, they'd vote GOP.
How dumb do you have to be to not be able to figure that out, Tonto?
Well, considering that none of the fraudulent forms will ever vote, your comment is both dishonest and deceptive.
How typical. - lonelymiddle1, on 10/13/2008, -3/+3So...the fact that there are more Democrats justifies the illegal Republican felons? I don't get your purpose here except to put a point on the scoreboard in some imaginary game. This isn't sport, it's the political process, and partisan hacks like this only perpetuate the moronic dialogue in this country.
- inactive, on 10/13/2008, -1/+1I know you enjoy lying about ACORN being involved in voter fraud, but can you find a single case?
NO, you can't.
But continue to be so dishonest, it really suits you.
It makes the rightards easy to tell from the good people.
Have you no honor at all? You actually feel good about yourself trying to fool people into believing ACORN commits fraud?
You KNOW every form ACORN submits is verified by the State's election board.
Yet you continue to lie about it.
What does that say about your character? - Lord1Loki, on 10/13/2008, -2/+2Didn't Florida return the voting rights of felons last year?
http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-04-05-flo ... - jprewitt7, on 10/13/2008, -1/+1And please take note of how our economy is suffering right now. I am not saying that our economy is worse then Russia's because that would be a retarded statement but our economy is suffering and it is because of deregulation. Socialism does not work (and it also is not proposed by Barack Obama) but pure capitalism does not work either. A mixed economy is the way to go, everything is not black and white.
- ZurMacht, on 10/13/2008, -3/+3It has nothing to do with socialism, it has to do with race. Yeah I said it.. sorry, but the fact is most felons are black and most people who are black vote democrat.
- AugustusOsari, on 10/13/2008, -6/+6Just because you've heard it before doesn't mean it's not true.
If you'd bother to actually refute it even once, maybe you'd have a point, but... - lonelymiddle1, on 10/17/2008, -0/+0Reading comprehension?: "in the majority of press releases and news articles on these occurences, Democrats always outnumber Republicans in the number of Illegal votes."
Diggers are always so clever with their use of logical fallacies! Even when it doesn't even make sense! I'm not misrepresenting his argument. His response was that more Democrats engage in voter fraud, which by the way is hardly a given, and my response is that it doesn't matter which side of the game does it more. They should both be punished.
Nice condescention, though, dick. - Shabonkerz, on 10/13/2008, -1/+1Unfortunately, our democratic system is not perfect. The problem of 2 candidate elections is built into the system. Unless we change the system itself, which voters will not go for, since they don't want to change, we cannot fix this problem. A third party candidate would have to essentially run as a democrat or republican to even be considered by most Americans. You can't really convince people to not vote for the lesser of two evils when they fear the other candidate so greatly.
- DocOctavius, on 10/13/2008, -3/+3It's funny, because my uncle is an ex convict who out of curiousity tried to register, and was unable. I think they're just desparately trying to make a big deal out of nothing. Voter registration is always full of mistakes, and that's why there's people to weed them out- that's why we're hearing about it is the weeding out process, just like ACORN. The only reason we know about the registration problems is because the administrators at ACORN flagged the bad reg tickets as possibly bad. It's all a big ***** conspiracy theory put together to smear Obama.
