Woman: Street Criminals Pose As Homeless

Malone said one man on the streets in her neighborhood has been arrested 95 times..

  • kactuscrow, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Believe it or not, Reliability is dependent on weather and less static relating to surroundings as it does with some of the 'others' who may cause disruptions in the same environment. In other words, as often as it doesn't rain.. this would cause these vagrants to create feelings of anxiety.. Competition? A legitimate way of earning a living? Just as well to this woman who is complaining! At least around here.. If there were more trees and rain this topic wouldn't be brought up.. Does this make sense? No.. Soaking in the sun doesn't compare with being drenched to the bone.. Let's just say they could be determined as extra sun spots with the feeling of being threatened..
