White House Stands Behind Cheney's Attacks On Murtha And Pelosi

She refused to disavow them: "The Vice President out of line? Absolutely not. He was questioning the merits of the -- of their proposal." In the lead-up to the 2006 elections, Bush had a similar message (video).
