Borgman.enquirer.com — Jim Borgman, the Cincinnati Enquirer's Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist, pays tribute to Staff Sgt. Matt Maupin, who was captured by insurgents and disappeared in Iraq nearly four years ago. "Matt is coming home. He's completed his mission," his father, Keith Maupin, said.
