thinkprogress.org — GSA administrator Lurita Doan testified before Congress today about her potentially illegal activities, including encouraging agency employees to help Republican candidates in elections. As luck would have it though, she couldn't remember any of it -- except that there “there were cookies in the table" at one of her meetings.
