So where is Ed? How can he not be in federal custody? If not theirs, then whose? Military maybe? I've heard quotes from officials that they were not in state or local custody at any time nor would they be. - 309east, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7This is another example of how our current government rewards appearance, not substance. Government officials are in no way accountable for their actions. They can be assigned a task, and its quite alright if that task is never accomplished, as long as they take some sort of action, and point to that action and say "See I was doing my job".
