More wars, more welfare, more debt slavery for the future generations
Time to Break The Matrix google it - kemp34, on 08/29/2008, -9/+126We need to stop calling these wayward individuals "police". They are really just goons, probably hired mercenaries. Good police and true peace officers need to condemn their unruly brethren and hold up a much higher code of ethics.
- Felix1085, on 08/29/2008, -14/+120Yeah guys, we'll get back to you. Just keep waiting and holding your breathe.
When will the American people realize, that the Republicans and the Democrats are BOTH owned by the rich bankers and corporate elite and the military industrial complex. Neither party will end the war, but will only spread the war for financial gain.
These men fought for freedom of speech, yet they are denied the right to speak freely.
Wake up America, before its too late. - NeoConned08, on 08/29/2008, -8/+99CHANGE!!!! HOPE!!!!! TEARGAS!!!!
- jaymzdean, on 08/29/2008, -2/+91Strange sight, seeing cop-thugs oppressing uniformed veterans.
- krond, on 08/29/2008, -3/+81Each individual veteran marching there has more honor and integrity in their little pinky finger than all of those brute squad goons have collectively.
To see those "officers" all lined up, armed to the teeth, with barricades to hide behind, threatening injury against those unarmed, stalwart defenders of America...THAT is cowardice incarnate.
(Did you notice some of the nervous looks on the faces of the police, btw?)
CampaignForLiberty.com -- JOIN TODAY! - ThinkOutTheBox, on 08/29/2008, -3/+67Did you hear what the one guy said? "I'm not voting on hope, I'm voting on solutions" that's what the ***** I'm talking about.
- Minarchian, on 08/29/2008, -4/+61If those "cops" were to attack the vets it would have been a public relations nightmare for them.
So they made up some tripe that the vets will be heard by Obama or the delegates.
Crowd dispersed, issue resolved......vets taken for a ride, again!
I hope they learn from this at the RNC convention that they will NOT be fooled again. - silentboom, on 08/29/2008, -6/+60McCain and Obama....like a boot on the back of your neck.
- inactive, on 08/29/2008, -1/+43This disgusts me. But, I see that there could be an underlying positive in this confrontation. These policemen are being shown that Soldiers have no voice. Once they've been used for furthering the governments agenda, they are to be discarded and trivialized. It can't sit well with a lot of the cops. I'm sure there is more than a minority of them that went home that night and asked themselves some tough questions. I can only hope that they have the courage to look at this situation honestly and have the courage to fall in behind the soldiers. Or, better yet, stand in the front. Our veterans have been asked to do enough. Although I know the soldiers will fight the battle without complaint; it's our turn to help them.
- inactive, on 08/29/2008, -1/+42Holy ***** this needs to be on the front page.
- jaymzdean, on 08/29/2008, -2/+41Obvious fascism is obvious.
- 1freedomforall, on 08/29/2008, -18/+53Very simple. Ron Paul, the only candidate that will end the Iraq War and bring all of the troops home.

- jodimcmullen, on 08/29/2008, -2/+35If the gestapo touches anyone of those patriots speaking truth to power, it will set off a huge backlash against our gov't. Rightfully so.

Sign up for their newsletter and stay tuned for their effort at the Republican convention and elsewhere. - klasifyde, on 08/29/2008, -3/+35I halfway wish they had shown up in full combat gear and taken out a few of those sorry cowards hiding behind armor and a badge. Not really, but that really pisses me off to see out vets confronted by thugs for hire that haven't even ever read the constitution! (the one they took an oath to protect and obey!)
- Felix1085, on 08/29/2008, -1/+30The cops were worried because they are used to beating on helpless women and the elderly in these protests.
Who knows what a well trained troop could do to those mercenary cops. - inactive, on 08/29/2008, -1/+30

http://ivaw.org/ - inactive, on 08/29/2008, -1/+28This is good.
You want this. You want the people with guns to be angry. They're the ones who'll do something. - Felix1085, on 08/29/2008, -1/+26The American people have always been convinced to vote for people who do not represent THEM.
The age old argument, is the "don't throw your vote away" argument. That reasoning is what has brought us to the dire circumstances that we now face as a nation. Do not vote for someone, because you believe that he will win, cast your vote for someone who most closely represents YOU idealogically.
The Campaign for Liberty is for all Americans who are sick and tired of what they have been getting from Washington.
Look, the closer it gets to the election, the more that Obama threatens war against Iran and Russia. Obama and McCain will both continue the wars for profit.
You can vote who you want for, but I will never waste my vote on warmongerers. - kemp34, on 08/29/2008, -0/+25The title says "threats" not "violence".
- inactive, on 08/29/2008, -0/+24The title is very appropriate.
Did you watch it, did you see what was happening there?
A fully armed police force, decked out in riot gear, threatening tear gas?? Look at the soldiers and vets on that video. That was indeed very threatening. - algaeturd, on 08/30/2008, -1/+25"Go protect our country somewhere else!"
Seriously, this is an embarrassment that our men and women fight directly for their right to demonstrate peacefully and they are treated like enemies of the state. Embarrassing. - Tangoland2, on 08/29/2008, -5/+29WOOT!
- brad3378, on 08/29/2008, -2/+25Dugg & added to Favorites
- Noods, on 08/29/2008, -3/+23If we continually vote for the lesser of two evils, how can we ever expect to elect a candidate that isn't evil?
- rv361162, on 08/30/2008, -4/+24Get your OBAMA/MCCAIN heads out of your asses and listen to reality. Everyone wants to "show" support for the troops, but no one (neither of the Dem/Repub candidates) gives 2 ***** for the troops when they get home!!
***** - Tbyrd073, on 08/29/2008, -0/+18You like to repeat yourself. Do you just copy and paste that response to all comments wanting to vote for a 3rd party?
- stienster, on 08/29/2008, -1/+18wouldn't it be great if people stopped saying "it's a wasted vote for a third party" and then people just voted for whomever they liked? Wouldn't it be awesome if McKinney or Nader or Barr became the 44th President??
VOTE THIRD PARTY and stop letting nah sayers rule your actions!! - paiute8, on 08/29/2008, -2/+19thier plan is to get your vote so they be more controling than any president in history
- inactive, on 08/30/2008, -2/+19Anyone truly willing to stand with the soldiers will be a minority. They will fit three essential criteria. First and foremost, they must give a damn about something besides themselves, secondly, they must exercise critical thinking rather than accepting the trash the corporate owned media throws at them, and last but not least, they must jerk their heads out of their asses. See, rules out the vast majority.
Every damn pig who stood prepared to threaten any protester, but American Veterans in particular, as well as Obama's sorry ass, should be tattooed. The tattoo should go on the cheeks of their treasonous asses, and should read "Dirty Cop". Throw every damn one of the ***** bastards in the state or federal prison general population naked!!! No, I'm not being calm, patient, or polite and I don't give a flying *****!!! DO YOU HEAR ME!!!?
We have been far too calm, patient and polite for far too long. I have had my logic questioned for calling for the people to rebel. I've been asked if I really think Americans have enough guts to stand against the government. My answer is HELL NO THAT IS WHAT I AM PISSED THE ***** OFF ABOUT!!! So those of you out there who wish to speak against me for promoting a government based on the Constitution, even if if means violently overthrowing the one we currently have can say whatever you want now. You will remember my words when you wind up in a detention center licking boots and sucking ***** in between rounds of torture!!! As for me, I will die fighting first. - GovernmentSp00k, on 08/30/2008, -1/+18American dummies have been expertly propagandized, manipulated, conditioned and dumbed-down to extremes by their TV set. Critical thinking is lost on them. They actually believe all the false promises, platitudes, phony political double-speak BS, "change" rhetoric and other meaningless soundbite sloganry. When will the dummies ever learn, the candidates to vote for are those NOT promoted by a controlled, corporate media? Probably never. They keep believing all the lies and deceit spewed by these wolf in sheep's clothing professional deceiver marionettes OWNED by greater masters. Land of educated idiots indeed. What a travesty, America.
- stienster, on 08/29/2008, -5/+21Hey TROLL, How's this for a solution: VOTE THIRD PARTY AND NO MORE McBUSH!!!!!
- cgbspender, on 08/30/2008, -1/+15Dear government tools,
We need more of this. Please go on pissing off the people who know how to use guns but still are too nice to use them as a means of self-protection against the government.
I bet each of the veterans could take out dozens of you, if he wanted. Tazing and tear-gassing away the liberties of unarmed may make you feel all powerful and mighty now, but once the unarmed get their guns and defend the constitution, you are pretty much *****.
I pray that we may never have to see people defending their freedom with guns, but if you keep pushing them, some people might deem it necessary soon, and according to the constitution and the founding fathers, rightfully so. - Peko, on 08/30/2008, -2/+16Meet the new boss.
- Guitarzan, on 08/30/2008, -0/+13... same as the old boss.
- GovernmentSp00k, on 08/30/2008, -1/+13Yep...
"voting" in rigged elections with OWNED candidate puppets of the elite pre-decided and chosen for you isn't gonna do jack *****, I'm afraid.
If voting really changed things, it would be illegal.
Revolution is long overdue. What's it going to take, America? - darkciti2, on 08/30/2008, -0/+12All the more reason to know "Who is watching the watchers?"
- cynicist, on 08/30/2008, -0/+12Did you actually watch the video? At the end they were told by Obama's staff that they were going "get back to them at some point in time". They were ignored, again...
- OpenRevolt, on 08/30/2008, -1/+13Yeah, and I bet they take pride in their job of caging fellow Americans and beating them up with sticks.
Mother ***** should be ashamed of themselves -- they should have their citizenship revoked and be shipped off to China where they belong. - GovernmentSp00k, on 08/30/2008, -0/+11Some people can't read for comprehension properly. Probably some cop defending "law enforcement" actions at all cost, never mind the reality.
- MWeather, on 08/30/2008, -1/+12"If you want to bitch about someone, bitch about the people who gave them the order, but don't bitch about someone just doing what they're told so they can continue to provide for themselve and their family."
This may not be Nuremburg, but that argument is still *****. - kpezzy, on 08/30/2008, -1/+11All those cops give me the creeps man the uniforms are insane
- brad3378, on 08/29/2008, -0/+10I'd swear I saw the same person @ 8:40 in a different documentary talking about $100 laundry bags in Iraq.

Either way - If I see this guy in Minneapolis / St. Paul, I'm buying him a beer. - kemp34, on 08/30/2008, -0/+10Well they should start acting like it.
You're the moron for defending the U.S. domestic goon squad. - inactive, on 08/30/2008, -1/+10The Police have been turned into a branch of the military. They have been trained not to "protect and serve" us, but to treat us the same way an occupying military force treats the civilian population. This is Police State 1.0. We need to speak out now. By the time we get to Police State 3.0 we won't have a choice anymore.
- OpenRevolt, on 08/30/2008, -0/+9Being blocked from giving a speech and put in a "freedom cage" is okay by you, huh?
You are a ***** moron.
It's obvious your ancestors didn't fight in the Revolutionary War.
Take your "ZenMojo" ***** and go back to China. - OpenRevolt, on 08/30/2008, -0/+9There's a big difference between what a troop on the ground wants and what the guys at the pentagon want.
The guys on the ground don't want to get shot-up and die for some rich ***** oil -- try wrapping your head around that concept. - kingatrock, on 08/30/2008, -1/+9QUICK call them hippies and say they're not real Americans! Oh wait I mean slap a "support our troops" bumper sticker on your car and do nothing to honor these men and women's freedom of speech. Rationalization: A Hypocrites Best Friend.
