Tories call for 10 pc rise in tax on drink
telegraph.co.uk — The Conservative Party, in their never ending attempts to ape the left-of-centre in the UK, are now going for collective punishment. Because some people cannot handle their drink, everyone who drinks is going to be fined another 10pc on the cost of their booze. Instead of going after the cretins who are violent drunks we all have to suffer. Fair?
