The truth of it is worth a lot more than a digg.- SierraAlpha, on 12/30/2007, -44/+7Buried because... well honestly so many things were wrong with your comment I don't know where to start.
- themoose, on 12/30/2007, -2/+18Uh. That's because you don't know.
- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -3/+13Why don't you make an effort and come up with a decent rebuttal?
- betterth, on 12/31/2007, -9/+1Hey, the creators also have another video, arguably better than the first:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBGIQ7ZuuiU- nskinn, on 12/31/2007, -0/+2dont' click betterth's link, it is the Rick Roll video.
- nicholai, on 01/05/2008, -0/+1Report this comment as spam.
- Worldviewsblog, on 01/02/2008, -0/+1I agree -- it's an excellent video, and it ties in really well with Naomi Wolf's new book, "The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot".

- torontoliam, on 12/30/2007, -4/+25Based on your grammar, I suspect you didn't get any further!
- oneoverzero, on 12/30/2007, -3/+1Hmm, I too have never heard of this thing you call a 'joke'

- joshuagor44, on 12/30/2007, -15/+105I think you Americans should watch out.
- wrzhydr, on 12/30/2007, -17/+6I think its too late.
- narcofiche, on 12/30/2007, -1/+18it's never too late. don't be a pussy.
- hiphoc, on 12/30/2007, -0/+9Ok, its almost too late. The only good thing is that the full police grid isnt set up yet and people are losing trust in the government. My only issues are with the cops. Look in Pakistan and around the world and throughout history. Cops and Military do what they are told and crack heads. What will they do here? If the economy collapses and the gov't tells cops and military to crack down and diggers rioting in the streets and promises them that cops and military will still get paid and extra food rations. What do you think will happen? Its been done before all throughout history. You would be amazed to see what people do for a few extra food rations and extra gasoline rations.
- narcofiche, on 12/30/2007, -1/+7Yeah, but unlike history, the people can use the internet to share their views and become more organized.
- blindmonkey, on 12/30/2007, -3/+6At the rate this is going, the internet will soon be restricted.
- chaosium, on 12/30/2007, -2/+2The internet seems to only be used to make people dumber, albeit at a slower rate than television.
- randomerratum, on 06/10/2008, -0/+2I'll take one, "it's never too late. don't be a pussy" True Patriotism Bumper Sticker, please!

- tehxen3, on 12/30/2007, -14/+7No, you should watch out! Mwahahaha.
- njcarlos, on 12/30/2007, -4/+2LOL, WHY digg this down?!
- ben_nushmut, on 12/30/2007, -6/+25Unfortunately, most of us have pulled the wool over our own eyes over the last few years.
- Zeonix, on 12/30/2007, -16/+6Because this is limited to America, and only America.
- sv650touring, on 12/30/2007, -5/+3I'm guessing a sarcasm tag would have kept you from getting buried.
- Zeonix, on 12/31/2007, -3/+1I forgot most diggers are unable to detect sarcasm unless you attach flashing lights that blink SARCASM!!! SARCASM!!! SARCASM!! and can be seen from outer space.
- volonix, on 12/31/2007, -0/+2People can understand it's sarcasm, and that's why its buried, and both of you are buried. It IS localized in America.
- sv650touring, on 12/30/2007, -5/+3I'm guessing a sarcasm tag would have kept you from getting buried.
- SiNN4R, on 12/30/2007, -5/+7Its not just us. The fact that people think that its just the US slipping to fascism is pretty funny.
- sv650touring, on 12/30/2007, -0/+6No, it's sad. When I saw the thing about surveillance, my first thought was that the UK is years ahead of the US. London is covered in millions of CCTV cameras. And, big surprise to no one, London's street crime rate has been increasing dramatically for years.
Of course, on Spooks those cameras save the world from terrorists every other week, so they must be good right?- sv650touring, on 12/30/2007, -2/+4correction, tens of thousands, not millions
- sv650touring, on 12/30/2007, -2/+3not actually millions, but tens of thousands of CCTV cameras
- GhostyBoy, on 12/30/2007, -0/+3Canada here. There are about 0.1% of the people here who realize that if the U.S. falls, then we are next. It will be over so quick that most Canadians will be like "what happened?".
***** the NWO.
- skyfire1, on 01/01/2008, -0/+1I think everyone should see this.
- wrzhydr, on 12/30/2007, -17/+6I think its too late.
- TheDHC, on 12/30/2007, -9/+74good message, dugg for the awesome acronym at the end
- Defuser, on 12/30/2007, -60/+19Is "Fascist" the word of the week for morons here on Digg? Seriously, this place has become nothing but a haven for the mentally ill.
- unreg, on 12/30/2007, -28/+7Neocon has been overplayed. Fascist give the kids the ability to equate our country with Germany.
I wonder what the word will be once we a Democrat in the office. Commie? Stupid? Inept?- EditorResponse, on 12/30/2007, -3/+2Depends on which democrat. Stick to the facts, you can come up with something accurate: cigar in pussy man, womanizer, sex maniac, creepy old man, lesbian, etc.
- r3negadeX, on 08/11/2008, -0/+1Or a war-mongerer, a bible-waving manipulative hypocrite, an environment destroyer, a corporate puppet, an ignorer of the Constitution...wait a minute...
- GhostyBoy, on 12/30/2007, -1/+4I don't know about anyone else but I've been calling Hillary a neo-con for months. I could wear fireman outfit all day long and I still won't be a fireman until I put out an actual fire.
- oneoverzero, on 12/30/2007, -1/+3No matter who gets in the office, all of this won't go away instantly.
- EditorResponse, on 12/30/2007, -3/+2Depends on which democrat. Stick to the facts, you can come up with something accurate: cigar in pussy man, womanizer, sex maniac, creepy old man, lesbian, etc.
- nycmac247, on 12/30/2007, -2/+15did you even watch the ***** video?
- Evermin7, on 12/30/2007, -4/+16If you watched the video, then you will see that we are pretty damn close, if not already fascist....
The point of the video ( I am assuming that you did not watch it) is that we have an oppressive government and need change.- Arkons24, on 12/30/2007, -11/+5All hail the video!!! It is 100% accurate and true! The guy who made it must be a professor of history to be able to create this nuanced, intelligent and insightful top ten list of reasons America is becoming fascist.
- chaosium, on 12/30/2007, -9/+2NUANCE WHAT IS THIS NUANCE? YOU'RE WITH US OR WITH THE TERR... I MEAN FASCIST NEOCONS VOTE RON PAUL
- AdrewMc3, on 12/31/2007, -0/+2Professors of History suck. Basically the go back in history and try to explain the cause of the events that happened. They ignore a lot. Most of the time historians make you think that it was obvious that a certain event was going to happen when in fact it wasn't, far from in most cases Though history can teach us a lot, it can't teach us what events in the present are actually of any importance, or predict the future even if the parallels are obvious. History professors pretty much suck, and they listen too much to each other.
- Arkons24, on 01/01/2008, -0/+1dude sarcasm. my post was dripping with it. Moreover, why are being dugg up for echoing my sentiment?
- chillmandan, on 12/30/2007, -3/+3If that were the case the comment you just posted would be censored and you would be detained. Get your facts straight, there is a huge difference between fascism and the state of the United States.
- alkaline213, on 12/31/2007, -1/+3Yea, but are we not well on the way?
- chillmandan, on 12/31/2007, -3/+2Not really, last time I checked I wasn't living in a police state, I can still drive around with my anti-W sticker on my car, and I can still speak freely. Digg is getting out of hand, its a bunch of 15 year old kids with a rebel without-a-cause agenda.
- Arkons24, on 12/30/2007, -11/+5All hail the video!!! It is 100% accurate and true! The guy who made it must be a professor of history to be able to create this nuanced, intelligent and insightful top ten list of reasons America is becoming fascist.
- bowens44, on 12/31/2007, -0/+3Keep your head in the sand, it's more comfortable then seeing the truth.
- unreg, on 12/30/2007, -28/+7Neocon has been overplayed. Fascist give the kids the ability to equate our country with Germany.
- Heilige, on 12/30/2007, -43/+5Keep a close eye on the book of Revelation (in the English Holy Bible of 1611 i.e. King James Version of KJV to distinguish it from other "versions")
- PopePhred, on 12/30/2007, -7/+16Urm, okay... I'm keeping an eye on the book of Revelation... Now what? I hope it doesn't do that quick pop-up of the possessed girl from The Exorcist supplemented by a loud piercing scream. That always scared the BeJezzus out of me!
- OisinT, on 12/30/2007, -1/+7lol... dunno why you're buried cuz that was funny.
- drakethegreat, on 12/31/2007, -1/+2No thank you

- radiantstorm, on 12/30/2007, -17/+113Beautiful. And it's funny because it's TRUE. We're *****.
- Firehed, on 12/30/2007, -1/+3That's funny? GTFO.
- betterth, on 12/31/2007, -1/+4Sometimes we laugh to keep from crying.
- Firehed, on 12/30/2007, -1/+3That's funny? GTFO.
- theblooms, on 12/30/2007, -9/+38Don't forget about mass genocide with forced starvation, "Papers, please" as you cross city, county, and state lines and people disappearing in the middle of the night.
- MacGyverDXS, on 12/30/2007, -10/+21Um....Katrina, Real ID, Extraordinary Rendition
- sonnybobiche, on 12/30/2007, -1/+6Yeah, I don't think that fascism can change the weather yet, but we're trying!
- KathrynMac, on 12/31/2007, -0/+1I think the poster was referring to the response to Katrina - not the storm itself.
- sonnybobiche, on 12/30/2007, -1/+6Yeah, I don't think that fascism can change the weather yet, but we're trying!
- MacGyverDXS, on 12/30/2007, -10/+21Um....Katrina, Real ID, Extraordinary Rendition
- seraph582, on 12/30/2007, -36/+11I think Digg could save some face by forcing anyone posting something classified as "political" to pass a test that shows he/she knows the difference between different forms of totalitarianistic government. Fascist != Communist.
- grampajoe, on 12/30/2007, -2/+11"Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology (generally tied to a mass movement) that considers individual and social interests subordinate to the interests of the state or party."
I'm pretty sure that's what he's going for in the video. - D3koy, on 12/30/2007, -2/+12Tell me, would you pass that test?
- senatorpjt, on 12/30/2007, -7/+4As it's been implemened, Communist = Fascist. All the regimes that have called themselves communist have in fact been fascist (USSR, Cuba, North Korea, etc). Calling themselves "People's Democratic Republic of Whatever" is the same sort of thing we have with stuff like the "Patriot Act".
- terrordome, on 12/30/2007, -0/+10The Soviets, Cuba and North Korea are not and were neither communist or fascist. Nazi-Germany and Italy under Mussolini were fascist. The Paris Commune is probably the closest any society has ever come to communism.
The Soviets were developing socialism under Lenin, then Stalin's counter-revolution turned it into a state-capitalist bureaucracy. Cuba is socialist, but with an authoritarian government. North Korea is Juche, which is some sort of idiotic interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, combined with Maoism and Stalinism (not that Maoism and Stalinism aren't already idiotic to begin with). - r3negadeX, on 08/11/2008, -3/+2So...if America is becoming Fascist, as most Diggers seem to agree, and Communism = Fascism...then America's becoming *Communist*?! lol
- terrordome, on 12/30/2007, -0/+10The Soviets, Cuba and North Korea are not and were neither communist or fascist. Nazi-Germany and Italy under Mussolini were fascist. The Paris Commune is probably the closest any society has ever come to communism.

- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -0/+2"Sir, the natives are revolting, sir!"
"Oh really, Sergeant? I suppose they are a bit on the nose."
- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -0/+2"Sir, the natives are revolting, sir!"
- p51d007, on 12/30/2007, -40/+14Dugg down as one of the stupidest videos I've wasted my time watching.
I think digg.com has become another version of the democraticunderground.com- bowens44, on 12/31/2007, -0/+2Spoken like a true ditto head.........
- Baroja1898, on 01/01/2008, -0/+1Yeah, ***** off and go back to AM radio. We don't want you here anyway.
- terroristusgov, on 12/30/2007, -23/+12United States Government are terrorists, war criminals, and horrific liars.
9-11 was an inside job! What happened to building 7?
Depleted uranium is a weapon of mass destruction!
Play Wall Street like a PONZI SCHEME!- DivisibleByZero, on 12/30/2007, -4/+13Remember that time Ponzi jumped over a shark on water skis?
- terroristusgov, on 12/30/2007, -8/+2When the truth isn't on your side, you have nothing to debate.
- GhostyBoy, on 12/30/2007, -1/+4Dude it doesn't matter how true what you are saying is. The fact is you copy/paste that same message everywhere and it makes no one listen to you. You aren't retarded dude, why don't you help out the truthers by NOT making them look crazy. Lose the copy paste message and add some original insight into the conversation. I've seen you do it before, so why don't you help us out instead of making people not want to listen?
- chillsk8er, on 12/30/2007, -0/+3dugg for the much needed (but apparently overlooked) humor.
- terroristusgov, on 12/30/2007, -8/+2When the truth isn't on your side, you have nothing to debate.
- brycelb, on 12/31/2007, -3/+2There's that crackpot truthers checklist again. The more I see it the funnier it gets.
- DivisibleByZero, on 12/30/2007, -4/+13Remember that time Ponzi jumped over a shark on water skis?
- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -20/+71Someone please explain to me how 2007 America is any more fascist than 1913 America.
You're not becoming fascist, you're realizing that you're a fascist country.- terroristusgov, on 12/30/2007, -15/+13Clues: Being tasered for asking a question. Being arrested for speaking out against a war based on a horrific lie.
Threatening to nuke Iran for building nuclear power plants, even though the United States Government knows it's legal for Iran to do so...- XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, on 12/30/2007, -5/+4and has any of this ever happened to you?
- moffie, on 12/31/2007, -0/+7If it hadn't, would you discredit it's legitimacy? For example, just because I'm not a an African-American woman with cancer, and therefore don't suffer from racism, sexism and cancer, doesn't in any way diminish the reality of those struggles.
- betterth, on 12/31/2007, -0/+3Uh as I'm not a country, the US hasn't started a propaganda war against me for attempting to exercise my legal rights as a nation. But as an American citizen, I have to pay the price of my governments illegal actions daily.
- XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, on 12/30/2007, -5/+4and has any of this ever happened to you?
- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -2/+381950's McCarthy trials. Prison for having communist literature or literature writen by a communist.
1940's: nuked two cities.
1913: Prison for drinking alcohol. Black people are not considered persons.
1960's: Cops shoot and kill students who protest against Vietnam, on school grounds. Killed hundreds of thousands of civilians because they chose communism. Set an entire country on fire.- Alimack, on 12/30/2007, -2/+18Actually, when you put it like that, the USA seems to be improving. Is it still illegal to be a communist?
- sonnybobiche, on 12/30/2007, -3/+4It was never illegal to be a communist. It was illegal to be providing assistance to communist governments, which were the enemy at the time.
- AdrewMc3, on 12/31/2007, -0/+3It's hard to even technically be a communist, it's a system of government, communism, which where you can call their citizen communists. Most of the time what you are being called is a communist sympathizers, basically you help communist government or try to convince people that your own government should be communist. (as sonnybobiche basically said said)
- SilverStandard, on 12/30/2007, -7/+2What about testing x-raying hundreds of thousands of children until they die that is now declassified?
- sonnybobiche, on 12/30/2007, -1/+3wtf? You've lost it, mate.
- HigherLogic, on 12/30/2007, -1/+5So that all happened while one president was in office, right?
- Alimack, on 12/30/2007, -2/+18Actually, when you put it like that, the USA seems to be improving. Is it still illegal to be a communist?
- bobrice830, on 12/30/2007, -13/+7Has everyone apparently forgotten what Lincoln did during the Civil War?
Really. All this fear mongering has to stop along with all this "the sky is falling!" mentality. These actions aren't exactly new in this country, or any other.- stinger666, on 12/30/2007, -2/+2So because it isn't new it's alright? The world would be a better place without the US and A.
- jeffiek, on 12/30/2007, -5/+10In one way you are completely correct, the reality of America has never been what was claimed. In another way you are wrong. In the past there was at least an ideal to live up to, a challenge, a goal. As flawed as it was, at least people tried.
THAT is gone. There is no more ideal, at least in the mainstream. Paul supporters? Yes, they have the ideal. Let's hope they succeed.
The tasers and TSA? Not much more than a change in technology.- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -2/+5Lol, that changes nothing about fascism. You just gave up lying to yourselves.
- jeffiek, on 12/30/2007, -2/+8Not me. I lie to myself all the time. I'm strong, handsome, and sexy. Good sense of humor and intelligent. Wait a second, that last one is true.
- brycelb, on 12/31/2007, -2/+1You RP morons are completely full of your own *****! You need to get down off your soapbox and venture out of your basement for some fresh air.
If you are talking about the libertarian ideal then I'll pass.
- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -2/+5Lol, that changes nothing about fascism. You just gave up lying to yourselves.
- daniel85at, on 12/30/2007, -2/+9The difference is in what eventually happened to Nixon and what is not happening to Bush.
- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -0/+4What happened to Nixon? You mean a life time retirement with pay in a warm weathered region?
I'm sure Nixon paid dearly for his crimes against humanity while playing golf in Florida... - brycelb, on 12/31/2007, -5/+1Just because the crazy left wingers fabricate reasons for impeachment does not mean any of them are true.
- sensoukami, on 01/01/2008, -0/+2Just because crazy right wingers fabricated reasons for impeachment against Clinton doesn't mean they were true...
I mean, seriously, Bush and Cheney actually deserve to be impeached, and I thing Reagan deserves to be on Mount Rushmore. Not everyone who hates Bush and Co is a left-winger....
- sensoukami, on 01/01/2008, -0/+2Just because crazy right wingers fabricated reasons for impeachment against Clinton doesn't mean they were true...
- ElAssoWipo, on 12/30/2007, -0/+4What happened to Nixon? You mean a life time retirement with pay in a warm weathered region?
- davyjames, on 12/30/2007, -1/+4Great post dude. I guess it's more that people are becoming awakened than things are changing dramatically...
- terroristusgov, on 12/30/2007, -15/+13Clues: Being tasered for asking a question. Being arrested for speaking out against a war based on a horrific lie.

Me, I don't particularly care which type of screwdriver is used. - earthtoandy, on 12/30/2007, -2/+5Description from wikipedia:
Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology (generally tied to a mass movement) that considers individual and social interests subordinate to the interests of the state or party. - Check!
Fascists seek to forge a type of national unity, usually based on (but not limited to) ethnic, cultural, racial, and religious attributes. - Check! The growing unity under the banner of Christianity
Various scholars attribute different characteristics to fascism, but the following elements are usually seen as its integral parts: nationalism, statism, militarism, totalitarianism, anti-communism, corporatism, populism, collectivism, and opposition to political and economic liberalism. - and CHECK! Extreme Nationalism is one of our greatest weaknesses
So what are we missing? - yellowraven, on 12/30/2007, -4/+2Not true, you can have a totalitarian state under other regimes as well. For example, Stalin's Soviet Union was totalitarian even though it was communist.
- terrordome, on 12/31/2007, -0/+2Communist in name only. State-capitalist bureaucracy in actuality.

- flavioribeiro, on 12/30/2007, -6/+58One of the biggest warning signs is when the right of habeas corpus starts being questioned. Habeas corpus is the right to question an unlawful imprisonment, and demand release from custody. Without habeas corpus, the state can indefinitely incarcerate people who oppose it.
In a free nation, habeas corpus should be unconditional. Back in November of 2001 this right was questioned, and in came the notion of conditional habeas corpus. Suddenly it was possible for a foreign citizen to be indefinitely detained, as long as he was considered suspected of terrorism. The dangerous part is precisely this notion of who's classified to be an enemy combatant, because it's a slippery slope. It's a definition that tends to get progressively weaker, preying on the fears and ignorance of the population, and soon enough the government starts incarcerating all kinds of dissenters.
And which presidential candidates mention the travesty that is the suspension of habeas corpus? It's important that people research this for themselves, so if you don't know, please inform yourself. But keep in mind that a country can only be free if habeas corpus is not contested.
Wikipedia has a good start: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habeas_corpus- Orlong, on 12/30/2007, -20/+3Sorry but Habeas corpus only applies to LEGAL UNITED STATES CITIZENS. Not illegal aliens, foreign combatants, and non US citizens. Im so sick of liberal hippies wanting to give rights to everyone regardless of their citizenship status
- netdance, on 12/30/2007, -1/+10Well, it all depends on whether you think terrorism is a crime, or a war.
Me, I think it's a criminal act. Giving it war status gives those *****-wits too much respect.
I'd also like to point out that Bush et al decided some time ago that an American Citizen could be declared an illegal enemy combatant, and have his Habeus Corpus rights suspended. You don't have to be a liberal to have that bother you. Just a patriot. - Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -1/+12These are supposed to be basic human rights irrespective of your citizenship.

- moffie, on 12/31/2007, -0/+3Wow, what an inhumane, ignorant, cowardly, extremely xenophobic comment! So, according to you, in order for a human being to deserve human rights, the likes of which the forefathers of this country, which everyone holds dear (even small-minded nationalists such as you) called inalienable, he must be born within the political boundaries of the US? How is being born within political boundaries any different than being born within ex: racial boundaries, since no person has any control over the situation, into which they are born? And if so, would you follow the bandwagon and condemn the Nazis for their crimes against the Jews, Sinti, Roma, and others? Or would you like to try to offer a calculated explanation for any difference between the two (in any rational opinion) completely nefarious mindsets of dehumanising any groups of people on such bases?
- Orlong, on 12/30/2007, -20/+3Sorry but Habeas corpus only applies to LEGAL UNITED STATES CITIZENS. Not illegal aliens, foreign combatants, and non US citizens. Im so sick of liberal hippies wanting to give rights to everyone regardless of their citizenship status
- belarund, on 12/30/2007, -6/+27Nice video - didn't leave me with the usual tinfoil-hat feeling, like so many websites linked to from digg does. Now say, and I hope it isn't the case, but say that the US is about to become ... to become what? What exactly are we hinting at here? That the US becomes a full-fledged fascist dictatorship run by it's military and special government branches (FBI, CIA, NSA, FEMA, etc. we could include the media)? That the government will send it's own people to prison camps and eradicate them? Like Hitler-Germany?
This sounds a little far-fetched, but SAY, just for the sake of argument, that this process was in the making. It sure seems like it could, with the kinds of laws and special signings that Bush is implementing, and all the signs that are indicated in this video. A frightening scenario, indeed! With the military power that the US has, etc., a very scary situation for the rest of the world, as well as the US domestically.
The real issue here is not whether this IS happening or not... the real issue is to ensure that it CANNOT happen! Use your right to vote, while you still have it, your right to protest, your right to question your government and hold them responsible for their actions - remember, you hired them, and they should answer to you, not the other way around! Vote for the sane candidate, some modern, enlightened, educated person who will make it a point to return the US to order and justice, to re-institute Habeas Corpus and rid off the Patriot Act and other special orders instated to deal with "dangerous enemy combatants" and "possible terrorists". Return America to its citizens, take the power away from the crazy few whose agenda I fail to see as anything but craziness and monetary gain through war-mongering and anti-science.- HypocriteDigg, on 12/30/2007, -7/+2You had me until tin foil hat. - Alimack, on 12/30/2007, -8/+10Point taken, but from a historical perspective I've got to disagree with number one. Fascism generally involves an inspirational, rabble-rousing orator being set up as a leader. I wouldn't imagine that many Americans have even heard a speech by Bush, much less been affected by one.
America is probably also missing the integral aspect of fascism, nationalism. What with people making lots of videos like this. Seems to fit better.- netdance, on 12/30/2007, -3/+9Sorry, the cult of personality isn't required for a facist state. Ref: Myanmar.

But you still want to make them pay a higher percentage just so the lazy bastard down the street who doesnt feel like working hard even if it means having 2 jobs can have the same kind of lifestyle. There are free clinics for people like that.
- bwally, on 12/31/2007, -1/+1The rich get taxed more than any other 'class'. What right does the government have to take your money and say the rich have TOO MUCH. The democrats want this supposed class warfare to continue in order to keep people believing that the rich don't deserve or need all that money they EARN But in reality a class system where you can CHANGE classes (up or down) is a great one. This was what the founders wanted because they came from a pseudo-dictatorship in the form of a King who owned everything. In addition to that you were born into a class and you could not change that class. The founders were very smart and they knew what they were doing, they were true statesmen...unlike the hot air filled numskull politicians today.
- moffie, on 12/31/2007, -2/+5Are the rich being taxed into oblivion? Please elaborate on this state of "oblivion" into which these poor unfortunate rich are being taxed? Can they no longer receive adequate medical care?
- austin4oghs, on 12/30/2007, -7/+7Ha ha, so true. We are worried sick about President Bush tapping our phones when we are so blind we don't even realize we are being stripped of freedoms like the ability to choose what light bulb to use or that the rich are getting taxed into oblivion.
- bwally, on 12/30/2007, -5/+8Sure sounds like the democratic presidential candidates. And all those 'points' sound in violation of the constitution.
- vij26, on 12/30/2007, -9/+5This video has less views than diggs...
- CourtesyFlush, on 12/30/2007, -14/+7Yes, just sit back and let the flashing images, authoritative voice and dynamic music tell you want we want you to hear.
No reading required! A sure thing for the lazy couch potato who can't be bothered to do any active research.- 33PercentGod, on 12/30/2007, -6/+2Precisely!
- ghamal, on 12/30/2007, -1/+10relax, the video format can be just as useful, informative and relevant than the paper format...
- cmackattack, on 12/31/2007, -0/+1sometimes more....
- diggboss, on 12/30/2007, -3/+7I think it was an obvious reference to USA.

- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -1/+8Instead of wasting your breath crapping on about how dumb it is why don't you formulate coherent arguement to counter it?
- Arkons24, on 01/01/2008, -0/+1Because digglibtards are incapable of comprehending coherence and/or logic?
- sunsetdragon, on 12/31/2007, -0/+1Just GTFO.

- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -1/+8Instead of wasting your breath crapping on about how dumb it is why don't you formulate coherent arguement to counter it?
- rnbw, on 12/30/2007, -1/+10dugg for reminding me of the plasmid videos from Bioshock
- darkfus, on 12/30/2007, -10/+4Lame. America is such an easy target for this type of crap - it doesn't take much talent to put together.
Pakistan would have been a far better choice.- Mercedes383, on 12/30/2007, -1/+4I think the gist of the message was about becoming a fascist state. Pakistan is a military dictatorship. It has been so for a while now and makes no allusions to be otherwise.
- tugger, on 12/31/2007, -1/+2The funny thing is that the USA is pissed at Pakistan because they won't jump across into Afganistan and northern iraq and kidnap suspected terrorists. Kidnapping and hanging foreign nationals without charge is a serious contravention of international and commonwealth law and pakistan has (rightly) refused to do so to date.
Agreed, Pakistans voting rights are no better than the USA, and they have a bad habit of imprisoning political opponents but for the average joe pakistani, pakistan is the land of the free compared to the USA.. - sdellboy, on 12/31/2007, -0/+5Doesn't it worry you just a BIT that America IS such an easy target for something like this?? I mean...it would worry the ***** out of me if I could apply all those things to my country's government.
- CronX, on 12/30/2007, -2/+7Dugg for giving the finger to the all seeing eye ..think it saw that?
- ZeRux, on 12/30/2007, -0/+1Nice satire.
