- cashman57, on 05/19/2008, -1/+19This is so sickening. Here we have the state of Texas ripping families apart without any evidence of wrongdoing. They cannot produce that person they claim was an insider and in fact the information that person gave to state officials was provably incorrect.
The hell they are putting these families through is unconscionable.There has to be a day when these people will answer for their actions. They have completely violated the rights of the people and have acted as a dictatorship.
These people whose families are ripped apart will never have the day when they can face the accuser and examine the evidence. Their only option is to comply with state orders or face forced termination of their parental rights.
Rick Perry should be terminated and a suitable replacement found because he is obviously not interested in the rights of the people of Texas.Judge Barbara Walther should be removed from the bench and barred from practicing law or contact with children. TYC and CPS are both responsible for worse acts than any alleged in the Texas ranch and this tyranny should not be accepted in any state. - LilBambi, on 05/19/2008, -1/+14There is something seriously wrong with this situation!

I think other states will be soon to jump on board with this guilt by association mass kidnapping strategy. I am an atheist so I am very worried they will be coming for my children.
I have seen a rise in CPS child abductions in my state as well. Kids 5, 6, 7 years old being taken away while their parents are paying for gas at the gas station or while playing in their own yard. I have heard of police "staking out" gas stations just to take people's children away.
A few weeks back they took a child away because the 8 yo unlocked his window and escaped while he was supposed to be sleeping. They charged the parents with a felony and the children they have are being offered at a profit. Its sick.
