- Billhaynes, on 10/11/2007, -5/+10Invading Iraq was possible the worst foreign policy decision every made by America. How can getting out not be a good decision? Ron Paul voted against going into Iraq; he now calls for withdrawal. Unlike Hillary Clinton, Ron Paul does not equivocate when it comes to pulling out of Iraq.
- Hazzo, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4Giuliani needs a real lesson in foreign policy. He needs to learn that grandstanding and playing on people's emotions about 9/11 will not stand up to the facts. Failures in policy contributed to the deaths of my fellow Americans on that day. He never heard of such a thing? The same way Condi. Rice said she never heard of a plan, by middle easterners, to fly planes into our buildings. These people think you are, hope you are, and are basing their words and statements on the belief that you people are all idiots. All you have to do is cut that base out from them and they will fall like a house of cards. Irrational, emotional, mindless sheep that just want to see people dead in response to the 9/11 attacks, that's what they need. Show them publicly and loudly that you are the greatest nation on earth, by being rational, responsible adults. First, demand a constitutional foreign policy that has no way of creating hatred. Second, demand responsible politicians that mean what they say and actually back it up, not just cater to their special interest money when they get into office. And third, demand of yourself and your neighbors constant vigilance. Always watch these politicians and punish them for their violations of your rights and the constitution. Remember that a government that can provide anything for you, can take away everything from you. We don't need great leaders we just need men and women that love the constitution and will never violate it, for any reason.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3No *****... every day we're over there we're creating a new crop of folks who hate us for the attrocities we're inflicting on them.
- bightchee, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Is Ron Paul a new variety of Ubuntu or what? Now I know how all the "that story only is on the front page because it says 'Ubuntu'!" people felt. Except I believe there are more Ubuntu users than teeth possessed by Ron Paul followers. (no put-down on their dental hygiene... just implying their numbers are low)
- anarchnoid, on 10/11/2007, -6/+6Rock on Dr. Paul
- ncairns, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Fact: Ron Paul opposes same-sex marriage
Fact: Ron Paul opposes funding medical/scientific research (including stem cell research)
Fact: Ron Paul opposes net neutrality
If you support a tool like him, you're probably too young to vote anyway. - ncairns, on 10/11/2007, -3/+3Oops - I forgot one of the vital Rules of Digg; no pointing out the fact that, despite the mindless hordes of pseudo-political tools who have gravitated to him like a fat chick to cake, Ron Paul is, well and truly, a ***** idiot.
- AKBryant54, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Your well reasoned arguments have convinced me to stop supporting him, thank you for enlightening me to these fascinating and thought provoking arguments against Ron Paul.
- btanner1952, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2this is the kind of person that needs to shake up the "big politicos" and wake up the american people to the travesty being done tothe BILL OF RIGHTS---the TOP laws of this country...

Independent Presidential Debate Coverage - where? - ncairns, on 10/11/2007, -5/+3And that would be a great reason to vote for him if a) doing so would not inarguably constitute wasting my vote and b) his policies in other important areas (like health care, net neutrality, and funding for stem cell research, among others) weren't so ***** stupid.
