He voted AGAINST EVERY weapons system. He sided with the Soviet Union on the “nuclear freeze.” He supported the Communist Sandinistas. He betrayed them from 1970. He helped “bury” the POWs left behind as Chair of the select subcommittee on POW/MIA’s by burying the evidence that they still existed.
