- error10, on 07/24/2008, -0/+11You think you can get a fair trial in the U.S.? Think again! This video proves you cannot.
- FURBjr, on 07/25/2008, -0/+6This video is really amazing. The guy just wants his questions answered (as is required by law) before entering a plea. I don't know why the judge did what he did.
- tellarite, on 07/25/2008, -0/+5Agreed. The only power the courts have is people's consent. Sam doesn't give that consent, at least not until he can ascertain the courts true relationship with him.
Without consent, the court can only rely on one other thing -- violence. The true identity of the court system, and the government at large, is a violent mob that is willing to steal from me, by threat of a gun if necessary.
Thank you Sam! - tellarite, on 07/25/2008, -0/+5Sam is my new hero.
- bwisok, on 07/25/2008, -0/+5My sentiments exactly. I've been thinking a lot lately about Constitutional Liberty and the movement for it--as exemplified perhaps in the Ron Paul phenomenon--and tho I see respect for the Constitution as a great boon to civilization and to liberty, videos like this show the essentials. As SamIam succinctly puts it: "government [and he's speaking of any kind of government] is nothing more than a group of men and women who do business under threat of violence."
