The key event in how the financial elite gained control over the U.S. in the postwar world was the 1971 decision by the Nixon administration to remove the dollar gold peg and allow world currencies to “float.” After the U.S. agreed to the explosion of OPEC oil prices in the 1970s, dollars flooded the world. The fact is that the U.S. economy is controlled by international finance, not by the U.S. business establishment or by our own political system. So the U.S. cannot change anything, especially in taking effective and rational measures to get the nation out of debt. Similarly in the area of foreign and military affairs, the nation appears unable to backtrack from its march to catastrophe.
Can anything be done? Of course. A U.S. president worthy of the office would take two immediate actions. The first would be to abolish the Federal Reserve, as Ron Paul advocates. But instead of hankering for a Libertarian “free-banking” system more suited to 1830 than to 2008, “We the People” should demand that our elected representatives in the White House and Congress use public credit to rebuild our economy and provide our people with real income security. The second immediate action should be to stop trying to conquer the globe militarily on behalf of alien financial and geopolitical interests. I might add that, besides wiping out the Muslims, Jews, and Russians with WW III ( a goal shared by one of the worlds wealthiest Corporations based in Rome, and a depositor in The Rothschild Bank ), the elitist Western World Banking/Corporate Cartels expect to (A) Starve to death, with their engineered "food shortage", Americans not killed in the war, eliminating troublesome "mouths" wanting freedom, and questioning Authority, unlike Asians and others who are quietly "obedient", and (B) drain all the Sovereign Wealth Funds which lethally threaten their greedy ambitions of world-wide economic, political, and religious domination. The model for a new America lies in Norway, where their Sovereign Wealth Fund and Government provide a quality, and standard of living unparalleled in any other nation on the planet. It actually works for the people !!!

First: Any and all oil producing property located within each state could be confiscated under the RICO act. Collusion between the oil companies is obvious and easily proven.The governors and the states Attorney General have the power to bring that charge!
Also if emanate domain can be used to commandeer property for new high rise apartments it can also certainly be used in an energy crisis! Each state could even float bonds to build their own oil refineries. Oil keeps the New World Order running smoothly and that should be the point of attack! ........Bust the Trust!.....The Oil Trust! - roosevans, on 05/19/2008, -0/+3From time immemorial there have been groups of men who felt because of their wealth, education and some subjective position with "God" or "the gods", they knew what was best for "the masses". I believe most of these men sincerely feel they have "the masses" best interest at heart. (Our own American "Founding Fathers" essentially were of this attitude, as I see it) They operate under the principle that for the sake of "the greater good", the "end justifies the means" and that there are "acceptable casualties" in the pursuit of "the greater good". Call them what you will,"the Illuminati, "the New World Order", "neoconservatives", they exist. The masses protect themselves from these men by being informed, rational and egalitarian. "All men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". Commitment to that Ideal will give "the masses" victory over the "New World Order", as I see it.
